Very sketchy area. Beds were very uncomfortable. Door wouldn't fully close and lock. The room was very hot and not able to cool down.

Arrived 1:30. Could not check in until 3. Advertised as 2pm but the front desk said they were swamped from the guests the previous night.. So no big deal. I went next door to eat lunch. Good thing I did. I requested room on the ground floor. The desk lady was very friendly and said she would give me one of the better rooms. Seriously? If this was a better room, what is a bad room like?. No microwave, no refrigerator, no iron, no coffee maker. Nothing said about breakfast. Staff seemed very nice and it's just geography that they work in a substandard facility. I would think a motel chain could afford more than one very small bar of hand soap. Since there is no train station, airport, seaport, everyone coming here arrives via motor-vehicle (irrelevant question). Understandable that after a long possibly hot day a couple showers before departing the next day and some cold beverages would be nice. But forget two showers, washing hair, hot coffee, or cold anything. As far as overall rating is concerned. Here is one example of the whole being less than the sum of the parts.

We requested a non-smoking room. The room we were given had a "No Smoking" sign on the outside, but the room smelled of marijuana smoke.

room I paid for was not available after sending me to 3 different rooms. shooting at property while trying to check in. very sketchy place. didn’t find out that the room was not available until we had waited for over an hour to be checked in. (we paid for a room with a microwave and refrigerator.)

No bathtub as advertised no shampoo and was told to buy it from the machine which had none. The morning man was rude and unhelpful. Said free Wi-Fi but was unable to access it then when I tried to get help he was again rude. The only part of the stay that was great was the check in lady the night before. I don’t know what kind of customers they get here but I deserved better help and attitudes.

The room had only hot air coming out of the ceiling fan climate control. There was no ability to modify the temperature or to turn off the heat without shutting off the fan. I could not use white noise from the fan to neutralize the considerable noise coming through the walls. When reported to maintenance, I was blown off. The room had no refrigerator nor did it have a microwave. I was charged 2.95 for internet access that was almost useless it was so slow.

A lot of homeless people and drug addicts around the hotel. A person was passed out in thier car. The room was dirty and had a funny smell. I didn't feel safe or clean staying at this motel 6. Would not stay again

It appears that there are many long term guests at this location. When walking by rooms they had their doors open while smoking and kids running up and down sidewalks. Couldn’t avoid seeing into one room and there was so much stuff and trash all over their floor. At 2 in the morning we were awaken to a child screaming in the room next door to us and pounding and jiggling the door handle on the door in between our room and theirs. For the room we stayed in... they didn’t leave an extra roll of toilet paper and the roll in the bathroom had next to none on it. There were no small shampoos/conditioner. The showers are set up horribly where more water gets on the floor vs in the shower. The pillows were flat and didn’t seem to have much support to them. We were just passing through for one night on our way on. Definitely will spend the extra $20 and stay someplace else if we ever come through town again.
