Second time staying here. This place covers the basics. Staff have been friendly both times. Located near Penn Station, the light rail, and several bus stops.

Everything. Even so many issue explained to them nothing fix and if we are living on time came up our face to yell to get out soon. It was so ridicules that how the treat customers like this and the manager whatever guy oh that’s not our problem. Terrible customer service with no manners!

It was so disgusting at the property. The toilet was broken, we have to put the hand inside toilet water pumps and fixed ourself. A lot of flies and we had to kill 7 flies. The sheets had holes in them, as someone dropped a cigarette on sheets and burned it. The door is broken and parts of wall came out. And drug people came walk in there. So scary to staying their property. I never had this experience my life. And no clean in the bathroom well.

This hotel is a nightmare for starters I booked a twin room for me amd my son there was 1 small double in the room ,I am 20 stone and my son is 15 stone how the hell were two people this size supposed to sleep in a small double bed I went and complained he said there's no rooms left you've only booked one room with one bed for two people which is wrong all the things were the TV didn't work the floor was filthy and the main room the bathroom was moldy and dirty I've been coming to America for 25 years but you always get coffee making facilities in the room nothing in this one only one pillow eight when I went to hospital extra pillows he said there isn't any does the worst hotel I've ever stayed in 45 years of traveling, as of these consequences we have no sleep all night the room smelled like fish was disgusting is there any Associates for receiving compensation for this atrocitie of a hotel ,n kokotaylo.

Neighborhood and noise from the back parking lot.

Kindness of the staff. Mr. Dipouc was very kind. He was making sure I was comfortable with my stay and my needs were taken cared of. However, for whatever reason my calls were not answered. I called many times one day prior to my check in and day of my check in to let them know that I will have a late check in, but no one answered my calls. When asked for the reason at the time of my check in, they gave me excuses. This is not the best when it comes to safety. I did not feel safe to go out. It is definitely not safe to walk around at night. Rough neighborhood. Not a safe place to stay with children or family.

Broken TV, broken faucet in the bathroom, AC unit that barely works, bullet hole in the wall, cigarette burns on one sheet, stains on the other sheet. No refund when I complained. Stay far far away.

The location was great, and none of my stuff got stolen.

The room had mold in the bathroom, it also smelled damp and there was no window. In addition, the size of the bed was clearly smaller than the size that I had booked in advance. Overall, if they could add a bit of cleanliness and add at least a soap holder, it could make the room cozier.

the hotel has a good location, also has a parking lot with video cameras, which gives you a sense of security. In addition, it is friendly to animals, which is important

no food, lots of noise, seemed like a hooker site, the "lobby" is like a phone booth and I had to check in through a glass window like at a peep show...very creepy. the only window was totally full of outside graffiti. floor was linoleum. the tv cable did not work.

AS A HEALTHCARE WORKER, Let me just be crystal clear about my experience at this place. I am absolutely disgusted and highly disappointed with the room we stayed in. This was my first time visiting Baltimore for Father’s Day weekend and my Boyfriend and I were not happy about this room. We stayed in room 111 on the first floor. There was spit and dirt all over the walls, The bathroom and toilet was filthy Our sheets had holes in them The mirror was ripped off the wall with a crack at the bottom I told the owners about these issues and they did NOTHING. Our wash cloths and towels had pubic hair and dirt on them, My pillows smelled like crabs! My boyfriend and I couldn’t use the shower because that’s how dirty and filthy it was. We were forced to sleep in our clothes that we came to Baltimore in! The bathroom door had dirt marks and hand prints all over it. I asked the owners if we could get another room and they did absolutely NOTHING during our stay! The filter for the air conditioner was filthy with so much brown dust on it. Also last night our room key didn’t work, I went to tell the owner and he said he fixed it but when I went back it didn’t work. My boyfriend then went to ask the owner kindly could he fix the key and the owner decided to start an argument with my boyfriend as well as threatened him! My boyfriend came back and The owner had to take the locks apart just to get us back inside which nearly 30 minutes. I will be following up with this issue with corporate! Please send the health department to this location and SHUT IT DOWN! This place is filled with crackheads and prostitution. It’s NOT A SAFE PLACE TO STAY! And I have pictures to prove it!! I want my money back!!!

Air conditioner didn't cool room off even on highest setting so my wife and I suffered through the night in our own sweat. The mattress we slept on was very thin and we tossed and turned all night because it was horribly uncomfortable.. Everytime we got off the bed the mattress shifted because it had no weight to it.. No nightstand on my side of the bed so had to keep my drink and phone etc etc on the table away from bed.. It was only $100 but I've had really great rooms for that price and lower elsewhere.. Will not be staying at another one.

Everything: The man who checked me in at front desk was the rudest I’ve ever encountered, room & bathroom filthy, anyone who’s handicapped is out of luck at this motel because there no elevators & only king beds on the 1st floor, employee was rushing me at checkout and following me as I loaded my vehicle to leave (literally was standing at the rear of my vehicle), motel refused the Booking.com representative to give any compensation for my terrible stay including refusing to give a complimentary hour for check-out. This place is not ideal for families.

The area and the clientele were horrible. After viewing both, we decided not to stay despite the fat that we were charged a 1 night stay anyway. We view the room, checked for bed bugs and talked it over, my sister in law and myself and witnessed outside of the room all kinds of weird clientele and we went to get a refund within 10 minutes.
