The housekeepers were not friendly at all.

Property was in a nice quiet location. Literally you could walk out your room and Walmart was less than 20ft in the same parking lot. You are also surrounded by lots of great restaurants and stores.

Super 8 usually has "make it yourself" waffles, which I LOVE. here, they were eggos. Which was ok. Coffee was good.

The breakfast was good. But not what super 8 usually has. Front desk agent was personable and helpful.

AC in room would switch itself off and after a couple times of resetting the AC, it wouldn’t run more than a few minutes. Room had two competing smells. One, I believe, was a mildew/mold smell and the other was a perfume type scent which I think was meant to hide the first scent.

The most important thing to us, was it was a pet friendly motel. It was near shop of all kinds. Staff was very friendly. The motel was right off of I74 which as very easy to get on and off for our trip home.

The noise from semis on the highway kept me awake most of the night! I like 3 pillows (due to a back issue) but there were just 2. TV - couldn't figure out how to change channels from SDI 2. LOL! I ended up watching whatever movie was on and no news in the morning.

Hearing complaints, while in lobby getting breakfast, about how there is mold in the shower heads, bathtub, and sink. Also, being told we would have to get two rooms MULTIPLE times was bothersome. (We had 4 people, and we got a two bed room. We slept perfectly fine, it was so they could get more money from us) Lastly, there was a party of people placed right above us, and they were loud and stomping around most of the night.

The location was good for my party. The price was good for my party as well. The beds were comfy. All in all, it was a good stay. You get what you pay for.

The room had damaged tile in bathroom, dirty walls in bathroom and bath door. Shower curtain rod was falling off of the wall. Complementary breakfast toaster waffles were not fresh. Price increased for second night. Price per night was not worth the quality of the room. Checked out and got another 1 bedroom suite for same price at another hotel.

Location is next to a Walmart which made any needed items very accessible.

As for the negative aspects, there was a staff member that gave my family weird/unwelcoming stares. The rest of the staff was solid in terms of their attitude. Some things in the room were dirty like fridge and the carpet.

The general location of the hotel was nice as there were stores and restaurants close to the area. The room was a decent stay overall.

Road noise from the freeway made it difficult to fall asleep and the exterior of the building is in need of updates and repair. Soundproofing with better windows and doors would be an excellent update. Exterior stairs are in need of repair.

The room was good for the money. Clean and comfortable and the shower was very nice. The manager at check in was pleasant and courteous.

Disappointed there was no working ice machine, however the front desk did bring me a small bag the first night but I was uncomfortable to ask again. No breakfast...that was disappointing.

The outside could use some upgrades. The stairwell and walk way are very narrow. There looks like there is some sort of anti-slip material the needs replacing.

It was perfect location. Very clean room and I loved that the rooms are all exterior exits so no lugging all our stuff threw a hallway to get to our room.

Moldy sink.

Room was okay. It was kind of dark - no lamp over the “desk” area. Beds were comfortable enough. No extra place to sit except on the beds. For the price paid, i didn’t consider it a value.
