Room smelled very musty. Bed was very comfortable. Pillows very small. Breakfast was a joke (white bread for toast-the cheapest you can buy, 4 types of cereal, coffee, and either apple or orange juice). The utensils were so cheap that when you tried to spread butter the plastic knife would bend. Fresh fruit and yogurt would have been a nice add. But I suppose for the price you get what you pay for.

Room was clean. Fairly close to wharf area. Good value for the area. Pictures are accurate. On-site parking is a huge plus.

The elevator wasn’t working at the time, however that didn’t affect us. The breakfast room needs to be a bit bigger, however it was a good addition.

Elevator out of service still. Had seen reviews that it was out of service in Jan 2024, still not fixed and given story that techs were coming in next few days. My 76 year old father had to climb 2 flights of stairs every time we went out, and we had booked for 3nights. Staff only come into reception once you are at the main desk. Breakfast was very very basic. Towels not in room on check in and not replaced when housekeeping done. Blown light bulb in bathroom for duration of stay.

Breakfast could be a little more, but for us it was fine.

Close to the bus, which drives to the Golden Gate Bridge, Fisherman's Wharf and Pier 39 in less than 15 minites. The room was clean and we had breakfast included. Free parking is a big plus.

Comfy Rooms with simple breakfast the most added advantage. Room amenities shampoo, soup, lotion, facial wipes. Coffee maker & microwave. Free parking. Iron & iron board in room

The room walls were quite thin, though nothing worse than you would usually find at a motel of this kind. No working elevator, though I had picked this up from other reviews and it didn’t bother me.

Good location that felt safe and quiet. Well kept rooms with free, convenient parking. Ice machine and soda vending. Helpful staff. Basic breakfast included, however I didn’t avail myself of it. Had a really nice retro feel but without feeling old or tatty. Would happily stay again.

A refurbishment is needed and the lift is not working. The breakfast room is just a “kitchen” therefore you need to pick up your things and have the breakfast into your room.

This hotel offers a room with a minimum of comfort, a free parking place and a basic breakfast included into the price of the room. The staff is available to help you.

The breakfast place is too small. Go right on the beginning otherwise there will be no place for you to eat. They serve only toast, butter, jam, juices, coffee and oatmeal.

The elevator didn’t work. We were told maintenance were coming tomorrow…3 days later it still wasn’t working, and looked to have been out of order for quite some time. WIFI was very poor, barely worked outside the motel let alone inside the room

Good area, plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby Breakfast was very simple, and easy; help yourself to cereal and toast. Only a bench to sit at.

The included breakfast was a joke. I think the hotel is in need of a renovation. For example, there was a half an inch gap between the bottom part of the door and the frame. The hotel staff was nice and helpful, but often times they we're unreachable. Beware, I received multiple scam messages from them on my booking account after I made the reservation.

Relatively cheap motel (for San Francisco) in a quiet part of town, close to the marina. The room was OK, spacious and clean.

the wifi was not great

the location is great! Parking was free, staff very friendly. Bed was comfortable, the room very clean and they offer free breakfast. Overall I would definitely stay here again
