The tv was off for 2 days before it was fixed and every other day they had to rekey my card so I could get in my room and I had to asked for towels everyday,because they take out the dirty towels but didn’t put any clean towels back

The ice machine was out of order. The room didn’t have hand towels or wash clothes. The TV didn’t work the whole two days. Never will I stay there again!!!!

The absolute worst hotel experience I've ever had in my life. They have a pool in working condition but refused to open it. I asked for a refund because the pool was the only reason I booked with them in the first place. The manager was rude as hell and denied my request for a refund and then called the cops on me. I was displeased but I was respectful and calm throughout the ordeal. The responding officer was really cool about the whole thing. He was understanding and completely agreed with me. He also said there is always a problem with this hotel and it's management. The staff was excellent despite the poor management.

A few of the employees could use some customer service skills. Check in is supposed to be at 3, but I've had to wait up to an hour to check in before. They hardly EVER answer the phone when you really need them to. Breakfast was nonexistent because they were out of coffee and all they served was honey buns and coffee. Twice. Had to wait for maintenance to come fix the air conditioner because it wasn't working properly and the bed post in one corner of the bed was gone so it was lopsided and had to be fixed also. I had to wait because they wouldn't switch me rooms. Another time I stayed there, the used towels and trash from the previous guest were still in the room.

The location is close enough to essential places like restaurants, shopping, etc. Plenty of parking. Usually not bad as far as noisy guests go. It's a great price but so the saying goes, you get what you pay for. Decent sized rooms. Bathroom mirrors are awesome.

Nothing lady took forever to get to room I called and rang the bell then she is rude as hell n says my room was booked by first come first serve what is the point of booking if they don’t care about the booking

False advertisement of breakfast. All they had was coffee and small honey buns. That's it. When returning to our room after no breakfast, keys did not work in our door. Someone knocked on our door after midnight. Towels were worn and had holes. Holes in the bathroom door. The next day we had bedbug bites on our legs. When we arrived to check in at 9pm with our previous reservation, we waited 30 minutes for them to finish cleaning the room. No recommendation here. Very bad facility.

The manager was as helpful as could be.

The staff not only were they rude but they knew the door readers did not work and to get back into the room I had to be looking for her and she was always coming out of another room. Seemed very suspicious. And she never offered to change my room. One time she didn't even have the master key and had to call the owner and even the owner was rude and not solving my problem.

The only think I liked was the location because it was close to shopping centers

Horrible guess service Rude unprofessional arrogant service provided by staff. Never received room key always a reason not to provide and items were stolen from room. Inquired over issues and no resolution provided. Kept being told management was the only one with access to providing resolution as well as arranging keys and fixing issues with reservations but management was not available and they weren't sure when the next state or time of availability was reservation was not able to be found in system contacted third party in the went ahead and resubmitted for reservation but kept getting the same answer from reception that they could email but that nobody in the office had access to the email to cooperate Better staff and personnel with authorization for guest inquiries

The room was run down and filthy. Bathroom was gross... very loud music outside all night long! Every time I called the front desk, they would take care of it but someone else would start their's up 10 minutes later... we got zero sleep. Not worth the cheap stay.

The ladies at the front desk were kind and tried to be accommodating.

The front desk attendant was rude and unprofessional. Was charged for 2 rooms. And only need one. The attendant said it was a booking.com problem not the hotel's. I need to speak to someone about a partial refund. However, I can't even get a number to contact booking.com. I will no longer using the app.

I did not like the fact that when I went to management and ask him for a refund they refuse to give it to me I don’t like the fact that the first day that my key did not work for the penguin egg over here by the stay there and I had to wait an hour every time I need to get in and out of my room with my family did you guys later to another room it was the same lady with your bitch there were no power in the room or in the office for me to use for flowers with no television it was nowhere for the pool with Catherine I was afraid even look at a little bit in it it’s the worst place ever replace it on top of that one of the ladies that I work with had gone home early and then walked out of the room at the office with you I love the door and let her in the goddamn room set outside all night until I got off work

Disability is a -10. It was filthy. Both room or filthy doors did not work for locking and unlocking with the kids to card. There was no Internet no cable wasn’t even a TV in the damn room. I did. They refused to give me my money back it was the worst experience I’ve ever had. I do not recommend this motel to anyone ever.

The TV didn't have a remote. There were roaches, the biggest complaint I had is the pool said it was open online and when we got there it was closed.

I really liked the night time girl. She was really nice and tried to accommodate us as much as she could.

Staff support. Not available at front desk. I had to wait almost 1 hour late afternoon to get my door key activated. Everyday this key had to be activated. Checking in as well I had to wait more than 1 hour. They told me that they have shortage of cleaning personnel.

How they pick and choose who they deal with One minute they are one way with you and the next they will switch on you Was late a day paying for room The manager asked for It not to happen again I respectfully let her know that I wouldn't next thing I know the cops are there telling us we had to leave and wee not allowed back on property very ugly woman who had no CARE!!!
