No bedside light and the shower in our room, ran hot and cold.

The owner could not have been more helpful when we checked in and provided excellent advice on where to eat locally. Our room was set out well, there was free use of numerous gas BBQ's on-site and we were far enough away from the highway for it not to have been a noise issue. Although not advertised, a basic breakfast is offered free of charge, which was enough to get us on our way in the morning.

The water pressure and draining in the sink were slow. The coffee provided for the room wasn't very good.

The rooms were quite dated & could use a face-lift all around. There is room to set up a cute kitchenette area instead of just a cart. Also the hot tub in the screen house was really hurting & should be replaced or just removed

It had a nice casual family feel. The location was great and the rooms were clean. The playground & the firepits were great & they supply the wood. The individual cottage layout was really cute too.

Overall, it was a great place. I can’t fault a motel for parents that let their children run around screaming until all hours of the night.

Great spot to stay. Cute, clean rooms. Our only issue was that there was no AC. Having the window open would have been fine but we had to shut it at 10:00 pm because other guests and their children were outside making a lot of noise. We had a to leave for our hike at 1:30 am so getting to bed early was essential.

Not much! The one draw back for me personally was it’s proximity to the busy roadway.

Location was perfect for our trip to visit Santa’s Village. The pool was great, there was a small playground area for our kids, 7, 5, and 2 to play at. The staff was super friendly and helpful. There are plenty of places to eat or order food nearby. We had a studio cabin which was really like 2 separate rooms, a living space and a bedroom area along with a bathroom. To top it all off, the view of the mountains was beautiful!

Bathroom could have used a deep cleaning! floor and shower stall extremely dirty. Shower had mold all along the sides. floor was soft like it had water underneath and squished under your feet.

We had a room with bunk beds and a kitchen which was fabulous because we were traveling w/ family. We had a fire pit which the kids loved! a pool, tire swings, corn hole game. Kids were in heaven. Small breakfast in the morning which was a surprise.

There was an odd smell in our kitchen unit. The screen on our door was broken. My biggest issue was going through booking.com when booking the room is told me one thing, and then filling out my information it changed the detail of my room, concerning me we wouldn't have enough beds (and style beds that we needed) when we arrived we were relieved to find what we needed.

As a family of 6 on a budget it was impossible to find a place that could accommodate all of us without having to book multiple rooms, or expensive air B&Bs. Mt. Jefferson view was able to get us all into a double room within our budget and close to our destination, Santa's Village! They also gave us plenty of suggestions for food and other amenities. Disappointed we couldn't stay longer to enjoy the salt water pool, or big beautiful lot with children's aquitment for the kids!

The location was beautiful, the pool and all facilities were clean, 15 minutes from necessities, and my kids had a great time using the outdoor play equipment (tire swings, climber, slide).

It's a little rustic. 2 faucets instead of 1. Hot water in the shower is iffy. It's a little farther than I liked from Mt Washington, and restaurants.

It's a cabin, clean, quiet, easy to get to. Deep tub, good water pressure. Doesn't look like it, but it's roomy. Gorgeous view of the mountains when you step outside. Fridge, microwave, coffee pot, dresser, closet, TV, & wifi.

We found what looked like mice poop by the microwave during check-in. We also had several ants.

The location was perfect for this hiking trip. We loved the separate cabin and how you park right next to it. The clothes line on the front porch was great to hang out wet muddy clothes after. The small kitchenette and fridge made it easier to bring and make our own food.
