The rug must’ve been shampooed before we arrived because it was wet the whole time. Not just in spots. But it was clean.

There was no walk-in shower. The tub was difficult to get in and out of.

The food in the restaurant was excellent. The location was perfect for the reason us being up there.

Be aware there is no office on site. You'll need to get your room key from a lockbox and call a cell number if you need anything.

Our room was huge, and had a view of a pond. The restaurant has re-opened and the food there was good. One of our light bulbs burned out and someone came to fix it quickly.

The motel didn’t have a clearly indicated place to check in. There was a bar adjacent to the restaurant (which was closed), and a person there told us where our room was. I think the hotel was just short-handed. The staff in the bar was very courteous and helpful.

There was a restaurant on site and the food was good. Breakfast was not included with the room.

it’s remote ( must be a winter hotel as the ski mountain is close by, but it was on our off the beaten path route.

huge room. comfy bed! the outside property needs more attention. we were dismayed upon arrival but the interior was well cared for. the host worked with us via phone and all of our requests were readily granted . Bigham’s restaurant , about 5 miles away, is a definite must place to eat.-made our stay! desserts are 5 stars!

The breakfast was delicious, just took a little longer to wait for it to be prepared. The staff was extremely helpful and pleasant. Everything in the room was immaculate.

No Kleenex, no telephone, radio or alarm clock in the room. There was one small trash can that was in the closet area. Women need one in the bathroom and near the sink. No written material on restaurant or other attractions in the area. Breakfast was not included in the price. They do have a bar which we stumbled upon. My husband went to the front desk and no one was there to help us. He finally found someone to let them know our room had a previous smoker, One bed did not have a top sheet and the blankets were very thin. We requested a different room and extra blanket. The young gentleman was very gracious and complied with all of our requests.

The facility was Adequate for our needs. It definitely is not a place to go for a vacation in the summertime. Winter time would probably be better for skiing etc. The room was large and very clean. There was an issue with someone having smoked in the room previously. When we requested a different room it was graciously given to us. They were unaware of how smoky the room was. Outdoor surrounding area very pretty and quiet.

There were no hotel staff on the premises. There didn't seem to be any hotel facilities such as exercise room or pool. The location was so remote that I did not have a cellular signal. Restaurant seemed to be barely functional.

The curtains did not close over the window and the window was ground floor looking into the parking lot. The room we were assigned did not have a key in the lock box so we had to contact owner who directed us to different rooms til we found one with a key.

Perfect location for us. Nice having a restaurant right there. Frank was friendly and helpful.
