The A/C makes a lot of noise. A little hard to sleep.

Breakfast might have been a little more extended: fresh pastries, toast, local rather than packaged produce? Machine that made latte?

Right in the heart of Palm Springs, small and friendly, rooms spacious and opening onto a well kept patio and pool area. Nice touches, like cheese and wine late afternoon, breakfast simple but enough to stave off hunger until lunch. Friendly and helpful staff.

Not much… the place said 9.00am didn’t open till 9.15am and the bagels were frozen.

The walls were very thin. I had to put ear plugs in, and I could hear every word spoken next door (very big conversation of why she wouldn't wear what he wanted her to wear). I could also hear the guy snoring at night. Only saw staff at checkout, we arrived after 5 so had to go next door for keys. Also, something I found odd, very minimal continental breakfast but served from 9, which I thought was very late.

The location was perfect, essy walk to shops and restaurants and very easy to get to. The room was very cozy and had a great feel/vibe about it.

We had the deluxe room number 14. The room was quaint and comfortable, with all the small amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The only thing that made it uncomfortable was the tiny toilet and the old air conditioner system that didn’t work correctly.

We liked the pool and the hotel Jacuzzi. The rooms were comfortable, and the lighting was at a good level of ambiance. I like that. They paid attention to some minor details, such as having wine and cheese hour and a continental breakfast during the day, and the staff was very kind and welcoming.

Our suite had a wall/windows against Indian Canyon Road and the restaurant next door so it was very loud throughout the night! Didn’t sleep well. The price seemed quite high for this type of room, when in the past, our suite was 2 stories with a large balcony. This room had no balcony or patio. It was very dark. We were a tad disappointed compared to our first visit.

Nate was friendly. Hotel is clean.

Would have liked the breakfast to start before 9am - that was too late. It would be nice to have hooks in the bathroom for hanging the towels. We would have liked a kettle in the room

We had some plumbing difficulties in our first upstairs room (22) but were moved the next morning to a fine room by the pool (19.) We liked that 19 had a “real” door on the bathroom, not a sliding “barn door” which really didn’t offer much privacy.

We liked the hip, comfortable, cozy vibe. We liked the walkability. We liked the lobby for breakfast and sometimes for Happy Hour in the late afternoon, with the chill and helpful front desk folks, the wine and bubbly, and the turntable and record selections.

Lobby isn't open when it should be in the morning. Pillows in the bed aren't great. Rooms could be cleaner Beds are meh.

Some confusion about check in and parking when the Movie Colony Hotel lot was full. The front desk agent was gracious enough to extend my check out an hour (noon) but my cards were immediately deactivated by 11am which made it a task to walk in out of the room to take belongings to car

The location, the accessibility, the spaciousness. The hotel is more like little condo suites. Very nicely done, private, quiet and away from the downtown area but still relatively close.

For the price, the rooms are a little small, even for a “Deluxe King”. There are upstairs rooms so be prepared if you’re staying on bottom floor you will hear them above you and lose sleep if they are stomping around, sounding like they are moving furniture, and throwing things on the floor late into the night. :(

Great location, excellent staff, nice pool area with jacuzzi, and complimentary happy hour wine and nibbles, along with continental breakfast. We had an issue with our bathroom flooding, but they made it right immediately changing us to a different room, and allowed us to either stay in that room or upgrade for the 3rd night. We asked to get a refund for 3rd night because at that point, we wanted to go home.
