Our bathroom leaked, and our vent kept blowing open the window.

The building is beautiful and in a great location.

Our first room smelled like sewage. The rooms were very small. The feel of the hotel was like a construction site. The rooftop bar was not very good. It is extremely basic. The rooms are tiny and there is no surface space to put any belongings. No tables, no luggage rack for your bags, no closet for your clothes. It is really basic and lacking. We won't stay here again. Way overpriced. The upgraded city view is not worth it.

The property was in a great location. The staff was friendly and responsive with our room being unclean. There was a sewage smell in our bedroom.

It was a very modern feel. We enjoyed the bar area.

There isn't much to dislike about the Moxy, other than there aren't any mini refrigerators in the rooms to keep drinks cold.

The ceiling to floor windows is the reason why we love the Moxy!! With its amazing view of the city, fun vibes and aesthetics, good food/drinks and the rooftop view makes the Moxy a fun romantic getaway while visiting Boston !!

The hotel is too expensive for the room that is offered. The room is tiny, there's no closet, there's no small fridge, there's no safe. The location is great, however due to the area where the hotel is is too noisy.

Meal selection is very basic and is based on US snack culture with bagged chips served as a side dish.

Great location for Boston exploration. It is located on the busy street but our room was high up and we didnt have any problem with sound pollution. Staff is amazing, helpful and kind. It was easy to solve any question or problem we had. I was staying at several Moxy hotels around the world and this one is one of the most pleasant ones. At the arrival, we got 5 meal vouchers for 35usd. Meal selection at the hotel bar is very limited, but it was enough to grab some snacks until we reached some of the restaurants.

There are a lot of interesting characters in and out of the hotel who are not guests and there isn’t always a security presence. This made me feel a little uneasy.

The property had a trendy boutique vibe. It was clean and the staff were very kind and accommodating.

The rooms were very small, lack of space to hang clothes. No wardrobes, just hooks on the wall. Had to use suitcases to store clothes. I emailed the property twice to ask for a high floor and quiet room, instead I got an assisted room on the 9th floor. The bar area is definitely suited to the younger crowd. They only provide plastic glasses for drinks which aren’t very sustainable as they’re single use, plastic glasses. There were actual glasses at the bar but the excuse was that their dishwasher was broke.

The location of the hotel was excellent as it was in the middle of the theatre district and super easy to get around.

Would like more hooks in the bathroom. Shower dripped for quite a while after use and each drip echoed off the ‘deep end’ drain board.

Breakfast was good and interesting. Loved all the hooks on the wall in the room. Staff were helpful and friendly. Nice to be within walking distance to Douth Station.

Since a big hospital is within the vicinity, ambulance sirens were inevitable. Otherwise , it’s forgivable. Oh, please add a life size mirror in the room! Thank you

Wish I had more of a closest or shelf to put clothes on, no water on the floor (had to go to 3rd floor for filtered water). Wish there was body lotion in the rooms

The rooms, having a sound machine, the gym was really lovely, appreciated the big windows and all the equipment provided- big reason I picked the hotel the first time I booked. The common space was nice and free coffee was wonderful- wish they was told to me at check in though, didn’t realize until second to last day

While we were aware of the unique/modern room layouts we were a little surprised by the lack of storage space.

Location of hotel and unlimited in/out garage were very convenient. Access to rooms from street level was also quick and easy. The bar at night was a nice change of pace from the usual hotel bars.

The plastic key card readers in elevators and doors kind of suck and the parking situation is a disaster BUT it is Boston…the site recommended parking at a garage in Stuart St. but the Tufts garage around the corner on Tremont St. is easier to access in traffic in my opinion.

Very convenient location and price point is reasonable for Boston. Has a trendy artsy/minimalist vibe but I enjoyed that.
