The Uptown area has gone to crap since I visited. Very sketchy, and trash everywhere on the sidewalks. We did not feel comfortable or safe walking around. There is no parking at the location so had to park in a parking garage each night and pray the car was there in the morning. The rooms are clean but cramped and not built for function. The bathroom door has no lock and the bathroom itself has WINDOWS into the room. The windows are some sort of wavy glass so it’s not completely transparent but you better be comfortable with your roommate or be prepared. There are no closets or drawers so no place to put things. There’s no fan in the bathroom so the walls are crying after a hot shower and we ran the faucet for privacy for going to the bathroom. The deadbolt didn’t work. The TV service kept cutting out every couple of minutes. The fridge was communal and the fitness center is an actual bicycle on a stand. I would not return.

It had a bunch of interesting gimmicks and the staff was nice. The pillows are great too. They did lock the doors at night to keep the homeless and other people out. They are very pet friendly.

Sorry i have no complaints

The person that was at check in on Saturday the 16th about 1:30 pm when i arrived was awesome and extremely helpful. The location to the event i was going were close and an easy walk.Loved the area and Hotel hope to come back and would highly recommend.

This is a stupid concept, essentially a bar with a hotel in it, maybe good for 18 year old that wants to drink and party vs someone who wants a real place to stay

Was charged for a extra room on my card. Paid for two rooms threw a booking agency and was charged for another room when I got to the motel.

The room was very much form over function. It felt very cold and unwelcoming. The white brick and black floors felt more like a bar than a hotel room. The shower didn't have any kind of lip that kept the water in, it was just level with the floor. This, in combination with a short shower curtain, made it so that the water from the shower would cover the floor of half of the bathroom. An accident prone person could easily slip. The chair in the room was more like an art piece than furniture. Not very comfortable. Overall, I like the vibe of the hotel, but I think it bleeds to much into the necessities of the hotel room.

The staff was wonderful and the amenities were awesome.

We couldn't get in our room until 9:00 pm because the computers were down. I would rather have a coffee pot in the room than a guitar. The room was small, and the chair in it was extremely uncomfortable.

My husband liked the guitar and amp in the room. The bed was comfortable. The staff was friendly. The location was convenient.

1- no coffee available for 3-days. 2- no room cleaning after it was requested twice…took 48-hours to respond. room only cleaned once in 8 days. 3- staff appears more focused on running a bar and nightclub then a hotel.

Everything! The staff were nice, facilities were amazing and so comfortable, and the location is in a great area. Will stay here again in the future!
