Staff was very unfriendly and rude. No dishes utensils pans silverware in room couldn’t cook while in their. No one can in to dump or garbage or give us fresh towels. Carpet was dirty and the room kind of smelled. Stayed there 3 days never refreshed our coffee cups or coffee. I password for the WiFi so didn’t use it the second day a Meeting was being held where the complementary coffee is so couldn’t get any. Had to Buy coffee in their store so we Could have extra morning coffee.

The walls of all the rooms are paper thin and every footstep could be heard from above. The doors up and down the hallway on the same floor and the floor above were being slammed at all hours of the night.

There were no pots, pans, cups, dishes, or utensils with which to utilize the kitchenette. The exterior of the building had trash (including a used condom) and cigarette butts all over. The front desk staff was stressed, overworked, and brusk in manner.

Our room was spic and span and matched the pictures in the ad.

Noisiest place I have ever stayed in. Constant slamming of doors was so loud that it was frightening. Could hear people in next room conversing until 2 AM. Hallways smelled really awful after 6 PM. No restaurant. No nearby place to eat. Way overpriced compared to hotels we had stayed in for the past month. Laundry room was dirty.

I was charged twice for my room...once at booking.com and then the hotel itself charged my sons credit card for the full amount and had STILL not refunded the money even tho they said they would after I called hotel and booking.com!

At this moment...nothing! Ive stated before and rooms were always budget friendly under 90 a night...this time it cost 253 for one night! Ridiculous!

Just tiny bit that we can hear people next door talking as if they were in our room but that didn't really bother us. Otherwise My Place is excellent as the other review says.

My place is excellent. The hotel smells clean as we entered the hotel door and way up to our room. Mostly I expected in a hotel is clean and spell good pillows, bed sheet and towels and it exceeded my expectations. Keep up the great work MyPlace.

First off the smoke-free, wasn't. reeked of smoke on the first and second floors. No anything pans, plates, or flatware in the kitchen. The breakfast in bed never happened even after I went to the desk and said something.

The cleaning of the room wasn't the greatest - their were hairs (like from the previous guests or maybe from the housecleaning staff?) in the bathtub (& I was planning to soak in a nice HOT bath, since there is no pool or hot tub) - found that kinda gross! Also there was a stain of some sort on one of the beddings, luckily we always travel with extra blankets! :) The price was the lowest around, but still pretty high.

The staff was super busy and doing the best they could do. Explained everything very clearly and smiled when I smiled at them. :) The room was very spacious and enjoyable. Nice big TV, plenty of room for 4 of us to move around in, nice kitchen area, large bathroom!

Staff was rude, apparently invited friends to plug in campers at hotel and our expense. I paid wayyyy too much at last minute for baseball, should have phoned a friend. Disgusting to say the least. Don't ever stay here!
