The staff was fantastic however, this time when we stayed the bathroom had peeling paint on the bathroom door and the shower tiles had some mold or something on them. The rooms just need remodeled.

The bathroom was dirty & the toilet didn't flush well. It kept starting to overflow. The doorway were narrow.

Although the room was clean, the paint on the walls needed to be touched up in several places. They needed more tables for breakfast. The freeway was to close and was quite noisy.

The smell of the hotel was not good. It had a lingering smell of smoke. I sell furniture so of course I look at furniture more closely than most but the entry sitting area seemed very run down and the carpet was stained and dirty. I felt the furniture could use a makeover and the walls there was peeling wallpaper and outdated decoration.

I felt the staff was incredibly nice and helpful. The breakfast was delicious and helpful because I had trainings all day and it was nice to take a few snacks with me to help with that. I appreciate the hot tub and pool as well. I would say it was a good value for the money.

The pool room was dirty, the bathroom shower in our room had a ton of hair in it, and the actual room that we were given was not the one that we had booked online. Instead we were told that the images of our room were old and needed to be updated. After finding out that the room we had did not exist, we ended up switching rooms because the television was inoperable. Once we entered our second room, we were again disappointed. The bathroom was so small that I could barely turn around and had extreme difficulties bathing our toddler. Furthermore, the bathroom shower was covered in hair. It was disgusting. What was worse that it seemed to be a habit of this hotel to give away dirty rooms. More than one patron complained to the desk clerk about the untidy residencies and facilities. Which was not addressed or seen as a concern. We will never be back and most likely will never use a La Quinta hotel chains due to this disqusting encounter.

The bed was pretty stiff. And some better options at breakfast would be nice. Rather than just cereal and muffins.

There was blood on the lamp and ceiling, body fluids on the couch and the jacuzzi was filthy with oil and body prints all over the mirrors. The bathroom was in need of deep cleaning and repair.

Breakfast, room was not very guiet, super hot shower would have scalded a child, you need to turn down the temp on the hot water you could get sued for that

The hotel is an older hotel and it is beginning to show its age. Some of the carpet needed to be replaced or restretched. The breakfast needed some protein. There was no peanut butter, eggs or meat.

The hotel was very clean and the help was very friendly.

Old not as clean as one would expect. Maybe because it's old it doesn't look as clean. The sofa tub didn't drain properly and the pipes leak through the mirrors on the wall

The bed was absolutely comfortable.... Bed and blankets smelled clean and fresh. Hotel just is in severe need of renovation.
