The location of the Inn was easy to find, very close to many wineries, shopping, parks and restaurants. Breakfast was DELICIOUS! Mimi is an excellent cook, using only fresh ingredients, fruit from the garden, and home made bread and jam!

Innkeepers should inquire guests, before booking, if they can do stairs. This was a problem for me. Also bathroom needs renovation.

The our bathroom was clean enough but, there were cobwebs in the corners. We do realize the Farmhouse is a historic site but, the house/bedrooms need updating.

Ed and Mimi were fantastic hosts. They were very accommodating and made sure we had everything we needed. The breakfast was very good (farm to table). Our bed was so comfortable, the dining area was very comfortable, with a great atmosphere. The garden area that surrounds the house is beautiful. Thanks You Ed and Mimi!

Price for a night was a little steep but overall nice place to stay.

Nice quiet place. The house and rooms were clean. The hostess was friendly and nice. Our room had a nice deck to go out and sit on. Breakfast was good too

We were saddened to see the garden had not been taken care of, it needs lots of work. The plants need attention, wanted to so much enjoy the plants and scenery. We both would have liked to fix it up, it could be so pretty. We walked the gardens anyway it was pleasant. There is a garden area where they grow vegetables and it’s kept up nice.

Very nice and relaxing, felt like home. Maria made delicious omelettes for breakfast. We sat in the porch enjoyed our mornings. We listened to the singing birds and watched the lizards out in the gardens. We even sat in the lounge room and watched TV before bed. Our room was comfortable and clean.

That we had to leave so soon.

It was a beautiful, peaceful, quiet place. We enjoyed every minute we were there. The owners and staff were so friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was delicious.

Gorgeous setting - especially the grounds with all the gardens!! Cannot say enough good things about the entire experience! The location was fantastic - near all of our favorite wineries - with gorgeous views! Our room and bed were charming and comfortable. Owners Ed and Mimi were able to upgrade us to a King Suite with a balcony that overlooked their beautiful garden area and the mountains beyond. Each morning we were served a delicious breakfast that started our day off right!

I was in room #2 and it was close to the front of the house, so it was a little noisy when going to sleep and waking up. Updating the windows would probably help mitigate this.

The location, property, staff and breakfast were wonderful for my stay in Napa! Can't go wrong with the delicious pastries!

Stair way is fairly narrow and would be safer with a railing on the other side.

I thought that the breakfast provided lacked imagination. Every morning the offering was the same: omelet with produce from the farm mixed in.

The house was charming and the property, a small working farm, was a wonderful setting.

We slept like kings & queens — the bed was very comfortable, and the room has an extra shade to pull to create complete darkness. The garden is impressive and beautiful, and the breakfast is delicious and made from fresh garden vegetables and eggs (honestly better quality than you can get at any nearby restaurant).

Nothing. But it’s nice to have a tv in your room. But the inn had a great big comfortable room with a great view with tv.
