Property is very dated - old carpets, dated bathroom tub and fixtures. Room was not very clean - makeup smears on the walls. The rooms need to be gutted and fully remodeled. External stairs are narrow and uneven, so not very safe.

Location was excellent! Staff at the front desk was very nice and helpful.

The parking situation is not the best. Not enough spaces and very tight. We had to park a block away and walk. The carpet in our room didn't look too spiffy either, as I think they may have forgotten to vacuum. The pool seemed pretty small, but was sparkling clean.

The location was great! We could walk easily to many of the local attractions, the river, parks and dining establishments. It is an older building but the furnishings were newer and nice, and the room was fully renovated. The bed was comfy. There is also a spacious outside seating area for smoking, eating, drinking, or catching up with other visitors and friends.

No assigned parking. Parking lot does not have enough parking spaces for all the rooms and it was first come first serve basis. Ice machine did not work.

Close proximity Oxbow markets, Napa Valley Wine Train, restaurants and coffee shops all within a short walking distance. The staff all very friendly and knowledgeable of the local area.

Beds are small. Two full siize instead of queen or king means you'll be sleeping closer to your other person if you are sharing a bed.

The pool was not cleaned and freezing cold. The place overall is a little dated and dark. The rooms are small. The price is a little big for the state of the place, but Im sure that has to do with prime location.

Poor wifi connection. Room with two doubles was small, especially the bathroom. Carpet feels old, and the floor could be cleaner. Walls are thin and easy to hear neighbors through them.

Great location in downtown Napa, within easy walking distance to multiple restaurants, shops, and Oxbow Public Market. Near the riverfront for walks. Comfortable beds. Heater is loud but works well. Nice staff. Getting to the room doors requires hotel key to access.

It's fine--it's just a basic motel, a little tattered around the edges but reasonably well kept up.

It's just a couple of blocks from the river and the main shopping/dining district, and only a little longer to the Oxbow Market. For exploring the town itself, the location can't be beat.

Parking is too tight. Almost dangerous. Check in was aloof, check out was almost inappropriately familiar. 'Breakfast' is silly.

Room was nice. Last minute availability. Elevator is always a bonus. Great location.

Felt a little worried about the room door opening on to the outside but it's a converted motel style hotel so to be expected. Could have used a safe in the room.

Great location - perfect for what we needed to attend a work event. The room was fairly basic, comfortable but we would have loved to be able to use the small pool (not heated though!)

The structure of the hotel looked more like a motel. Everything looked old until you entered the room. The pool looked dirty and old and not as nice as the pictures.

The room was nice, clean and comfortable and the staff as well. Location was great.

What we didn’t like was that my 3yr old found a pill in one of the drawers. Thank God she’s not curious and told us right away. Also, the towels were dirty and stained
