Their key machine makes bad keys, consistently. Their plumbing and general bathroom fit and finish are old and leaky and need major work but it does provide a hot shower.

It was more run down than nice. The other occupants seemed to be low lifes living in the area. Felt a little unsafe when others were around. No coffee creamer in the morning.

The room felt clean but the pictures were a little false advertising. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Sheets felt cleaned and appreciated getting the room cleaned after the first night. However, staff only cleaned the first night and we had 2 more to go. Had to ask for fresh towels.

The lighting in the room could have been better. We got a no smoking room but the room smelled of smoke and marijuana the entire time even though we let the room air out several times, especially when we arrived. No fans to circulate air so our noses were stuffy when we were inside.

Location was perfect, close to many of the things we needed. I enjoyed having a westward facing room for morning sunlight.

Only 1 thin blanket on the bed. Grounds were not clean. Mold in the shower. Had to ask for more towels and housekeeping didn't speak English. Ice machine didn't work the first night.

We had a homeless man that was all bloody and drunk that was in the lobby when we checked in. The poor girl at the front desk was trying to deal w the man while checking people in. May need some security at this location.

- Room was facing the street and was pretty loud. - No coffee in the room. - Still expensive for what you get (though cheaper than the other hotels). - Bed covers/blankets were really thin and it was freezing outside (don't like to sleep with heating on). - Pool directly on the parking lot next to the street. Who would want to swim there?

- Price (150$) was much lower than for every other hotel in town for that Saturday night. - Beds were comfortable though somewhat small (only full size, we were 3 people). - Bathroom looked remodeled. - Wood floor (or sth looking like wood), no dirty carpet. - Fridge and microwave available.

The room was cold and the bedding needed an extra blanket because you could not turn off the A/C. Staff were helpful but it was disconcerting to hear "let me check to see if your room is clean" when you are checking it at 11:30 pm.

As far as Motel 6's go, this one was fine. Location is great. Expensive for what you get, but still on the cheaper side for Napa.

I was hoping they would have the pool open. It wasn't. There was no maid service, but the service desk was accommodating.

We asked for a room in the quiet area of the hotel. Construction workers had rooms all around us. They had their doors open, talking loudly and drinking outside on the balcony. This went on until 4:30am. I complained to the manager, and he said he was very sorry and refunded our money.

The room was clean and comfortable. The bed was also comfortable.
