Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

United StatesIt was more run down than nice. The other occupants seemed to be low lifes living in the area. Felt a little unsafe when others were around. No coffee creamer in the morning.
The room felt clean but the pictures were a little false advertising. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Sheets felt cleaned and appreciated getting the room cleaned after the first night. However, staff only cleaned the first night and we had 2 more to go. Had to ask for fresh towels.

United StatesThe lighting in the room could have been better. We got a no smoking room but the room smelled of smoke and marijuana the entire time even though we let the room air out several times, especially when we arrived. No fans to circulate air so our noses were stuffy when we were inside.
Location was perfect, close to many of the things we needed. I enjoyed having a westward facing room for morning sunlight.

United States- Room was facing the street and was pretty loud. - No coffee in the room. - Still expensive for what you get (though cheaper than the other hotels). - Bed covers/blankets were really thin and it was freezing outside (don't like to sleep with heating on). - Pool directly on the parking lot next to the street. Who would want to swim there?
- Price (150$) was much lower than for every other hotel in town for that Saturday night. - Beds were comfortable though somewhat small (only full size, we were 3 people). - Bathroom looked remodeled. - Wood floor (or sth looking like wood), no dirty carpet. - Fridge and microwave available.

As far as Motel 6's go, this one was fine. Location is great. Expensive for what you get, but still on the cheaper side for Napa.

United StatesWe asked for a room in the quiet area of the hotel. Construction workers had rooms all around us. They had their doors open, talking loudly and drinking outside on the balcony. This went on until 4:30am. I complained to the manager, and he said he was very sorry and refunded our money.
The room was clean and comfortable. The bed was also comfortable.
