The pool was closed, which was kind of a bummer, but it's late in the Season so maybe that's why? Corridor light was left on overnight-appropriate for safety, of course, but It did make for a bright room so I tacked a towel over the frosted glass door to dampen the light, no problem after that. More like nightlight vibes that way.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Had a couple really great conversations with the gm-she's lovely! As a solo traveler I felt safe on the property and overnight. Linens were plentiful and clean, bed was comfy. Others guests at hotel were also friendly-there is a cute fire pit/ grill area that guests are welcome to use. Close to everything so parked the car and rode the bike all 3 days. 30 minutes or less to Rachel Carson State Park, Wells Preserve, Marginal Way, Kennebunk etc.

It could of been mopped and vacuumed. I went and bought a broom and dust pan and swept. That was the only thing wrong. Other than that it was great.

Didn't like the fact that the ones were dirty they smelled. The beds were hot as a rock the sheets were not that clean. We had to ask the front desk to clean our room again prior to going in. And finding drug panel drug paraphernalia on our doorstep.

N'er beach is a lie. Long ways to any beach. Actually had to go to York to find a suitable beach for swimming with a place to change our clothes. A beach in Ogunquit was going to be $50 to park, a total RIP OFF, and there wasn't even a place to change your clothes. Kind of expensive for a very basic room for NOT being near the beach.

The place is not well maintained. The room for 2 had only one chair even after asking, no service between days, (asked how many towels we needed the second day, left on desk) fridge-water running on the floor(slippery), rust came out of the taps as we turned on the hot water, walkways not swept, water had turned when we tried to use the pool - no signs apologising. Bathroom needs updates.

We did not like our stay this year. We had been going there for many years. We were always pleased and the place was full. The previous owners always took great pride in keeping up the place and meeting their guests. Nothing of that this year. This probably explaines why the place was barely half full.

The wifi was really annoying. My kids and i all have devices and the network kept shutting us down. The beds are a bit uncomfortable. Wish I’d brought my own pillows to help.

I love the pool since the ocean is just too cold most days for me. Gives me the opportunity to swim with the kids. I love that I get to park right outside my room and I love the location!!

Everything was great! Needless to say the weather was beautiful. However... There were 2 minor issues that need maintenance: (1) The shower doesn't drain.. (2) The towel holder fell off twice and needs to be re-unanchored. Just a minor maintenance stuff. Overall, I rate this a 9 + Very Nice

Tried to take a shower in the morning before we left and there was zero hot water, let it run for 45 mins and still not even warm water just ice cold. The bed was the most uncomfortable mattress we have ever slept on. Room had a weird smell to it when we got there.

The pool was nice. Warm and clean. The staff were friendly and helpful.

We had to take cold showers in the morning. And when I say cold, I say absolutely zero hot water. The couple in the room next to us had the same problem.
