Only issue is it took several call backs to have them initiate the refund but after my third call they took care of it

The staff was very helpful when we were unable to staff because of a reaction we had to the cleaning solution. They had no problem advising us that they would provide a full refund even though the booking was non refundable.

Parking was horrible, no room for a trailer. Beds were hard and pillows were too small. We were supposed to have a king size bed but ended up with a double room.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Shower was good sized.

The hallway was dated and had stains. The back stairway was dirty with trash the first night. It was pretty loud with motorcycles and cars. The place needs an update

No ice machine. Some stuff looked newly updated, but some fixtures needed updating (toilet seat, sink, door) No pool No breakfast No elevator... with 4 of us traveling, lugging all our things up and down the stairs was a struggle

The pictures of the property are just flat out wrong. You CANNOT, even on a clear day, see the mountains. The “private balcony” overlooks the parking lot and a weed shop that’s next door. The motel - NOT hotel - is across the street from a 7-11 gas station, a car wash, and a weed store. Did I feel safe as a solo traveler? I guess, but I wouldn’t walk around at night. The parking lot is too small so park early. Otherwise, you will park on the street. The MOTEL is near a busy intersection.

The staff is friendly and attentive. The rooms are clean enough. If you want a cheap place to stay and for the weekend (I recommend not staying longer), it will be fine. There’s a lot of restaurants in walking distance.

The property seemed very old ,although I believe Staff did as good a job as They could to keep up, Issues with bathroom sink draining,a few other Minor things :toliet paper holder broke,etc.

The staff was excellent,very nice ,helpful. Could not ask for better. The location is good. The rates were more then fair.

WiFi never really worked that well and some of us had remote work to get done but it was alright because there were so many coffee shops we could go. The sink would sometimes clog but we got around it.

Rooms were spacious and the beds were comfy. The AC worked during our time in the summer. The location of it is what we really loved because it was walking distance (probably less than 15 mins walking) to downtown but also has amazing restaurants and coffee shops just a couple minutes walking.

It’s pretty dated but it’s also cheap so fair enough! Ice machine was broken and there’s no other amenities really The website says breakfast included. I knew from reviews that would not be the case. The coffee and tea in the lobby in the morning was pretty good though!

They offer breakfast thru booking but they do not serve it and for more than $100 dollars a night is overpriced and when you try to talk about a solution they just don’t care about it, which its a false advertising and as well really poor customer service. Rooms are way to close to the streets so you can hear the ambulance and cars from the road. They don’t provided any source of drinkable water. Theirs no flatiron, hair dryer, bathroom needs renovation and they need to clean better their was a lot of dust of some of the shelves.

Location was great, so close to all the attractions, bars and restaurants. Room was big and comfortable, there was AC.

When we entered our room, it was not cleaned/made. Even the next room was not made, so the receptionist put us in a room with higher category. Unfortunately after a while, we figured out there were two moths in the room…

Plumbing is either super old, largely clogged or otherwise in need of more attention. The bathroom sink was very slow to drain and toilet flushing usually took a couple tries (holding lever down proved helpful).

Seems like management is trying hard to improve the facilities and value of this place. It’s starting to show. The front desk ladies were friendly and helpful.

The cable/wifi service was not functional. Staff seemed indifferent about getting it functional (the gentleman that was looking into it essentially rebooted the mode/box and left for the day). So, our stay consisted of no television or wifi availability. Customer service was severly lacking.

The hotel itself was clean and comfortable.

Bathroom sink is low. $200 deposit (refundable), but too much for a $50 room. Hallways reaked even though rooms are non smoking. No breakfast even though it is advertised. Location seemed sketchy. The lobby door was locked and had to be buzzed in after dark.

Cheap cost. Room was clean.
