Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesThe pics that were taking for the site must have been when they first opened up. For a hotel that is surrounded by other well named hotels you think they would keep the property and especially the rooms a lot cleaner and updated. The room had a very strong smoke smell, and I can still smell it in my luggage. It seems like they have some regular residents there that are not the cleanest looking people around.
It's easy off and on from I83 and the PA Turnpike and the Girls at check in were great

United StatesIt was dirty. It was hard floors and it had clear footprints from shoes when I arrived. No surface in there was freshly cleaned. I can say thats the worst bed in a motel/hotel I've ever experienced. Why are they charging double of what surrounding motels are for such bad quality? Not to mention my door got banged on at 10 am asking if I was checking out or staying. I paid for 1 night. I had my alarm set for 1030. So the banging on the door wake up was also not appreciated. Worst place I've ever stayed.
The lady at the desk was very nice and welcoming. She had a cute little boy with her if that helps identify good work.
