The lodge was very clean and spacious, perfect for a romantic weekend. The hot tub/jacuzzi made the stay that much better because it was not in a separate room but right in the corner where everything is viewable, like the TV and bed. We will definitely be coming back for sure.

Coffee in room not worth it, then fact there were no creamers, just powder made us make 2 cups that were simply undrinkable.

We stayed at one of the Modern cabins. It was a perfect size and the bed was very comfortable! The setting was quiet, which we loved. We didn’t use the pool because we were too busy. Tuckermans restaurant was great! Service and food were excellent. Very friendly staff.

The mattress in the cottage was too soft and bouncy.

Did not have breakfast on site however, their restaurant, Tuckermans, is excellent. We ate there both nights and were not disappointed at all.

We stayed at the big lodge. The room was cozy and comfortable with a fireplace and sitting area. It was off the beaten path so was very quiet. The restaurant across the street was so convenient, the food delicious and the service was great! Guests of the inn can call ahead for seating preferences.

The cabin was wonderful, cozy, clean and comfortable. Very nice stay. Jacuzzi was very clean and working well. Easy check in/out. Key pads are nice.

Loved having the fireplace and jacuzzi tub. Really like the bedroom being a loft. Staff was very friendly. Liked having the restaurant on premise but would of liked it if it opened earlier. Had drinks there but next time will eat dinner.

We went during winter so getting the kids back n fourth to pool was freezing and challenging but that wasn't a be all end all. It's just in a separate building so depending where you stay could be a walk in snow and ice. I imagine summer is just fine. Also I wish that restaurant on property did take out. These really aren't reason to sway us from ever staying again though.

The room was big enough with enough beds cute little fireplace loved the bathroom rustic look. I like that feel. Good shower pressure. We had a good time. We would stay again.

I think the only thing I could say that I didn't like was that the hot tub didn't deliver air through the nozzles. Usually you turn a little knob and it allows air and to give you that force, bubbles. This tub didn't do that. I even looked at it a little bit myself but it seems the problem is down on the pump more than likely. That would have made this 100% a perfect stay.

We liked everything here. The location is right between North Conway and Bartlett/ Jackson. Right in the middle. Couldn't be better situated. A little Log Cabin we had was perfect. It was a great Retreat for us and we will definitely go back again. Comfortable. Had everything we wanted in the room. It was a great stay.

Beautiful and out of the hustle and bustle yet close to amenities. Cabins are exceptional, warm and updated, extremely comfortable bed! Tuckermans Restaurant was delicious and just a short walk from cabin. 2nd stay for our Anniversary.

Not enough toilet paper left, very little paper towels were in room. The remote to use with DVD player to access Netflix was not in the room . Coffee maker was dirty inside machine. I had wished the main lodge fireplace was lit at night even just briefly , it didn't go on until my last night there seems when the crowd of people came to stay. Overall it was a wonderful stay otherwise.

It was quiet the week we stayed hardly anyone there. Lodge was peaceful, room was nice, pool was wonderful, restaurant on site was delicious.

The privacy of the suite we were in was great and the unit was comfortable and homey....but saying there's a kitchenette in the unit is a little misleading!! There's a mini fridge and a coffee maker however...no silverware, no dishes, no S&P, a few small disposable plastic cups and 2 disposable coffee cups. An old bathroom sink was used for the kitchenette sink area, not stainless steel. Seemed the notion of a kitchenette in the unit was a laughable understatement. We ended up buying the things we needed to use the kitchenette as a kitchen. Paying 700.00 for 2 nights you would have thought that these minor amenities would be included.
