Room was gorgeous! Whole building was clean and amazing decor. Location close enough to restaurants but not too close so you do get privacy. Check in stafv lady was very kind and helpful.

wifi not that great and I didnt like that we had to share a common outside door with the other room next to us

Room was very clean and upgraded but the wifi did not work that good. It kept going in and out. The outside patio area was nice and had propane fir places which was nice and Tuckermans restaurant next door was very nice just a long wait o eat there.

The only thing I would recommend would be an additional ac in the living room space.

The room was perfect for our needs. Having a separate bedroom and able to put down our little one and still be able to be awake was perfect. The restaurant on site was great and all staff was very accommodating. It’s rare to find a king size bed in North Conway and the beds were even comfortable. Definitely be staying there again

The wifi was good; however, the service around the facility wasn't great. My girlfriend and I had to drive back to North Conway to get a bar of service. I would recommend adding the email confirmation from either a third party or an official hotel site that the offices are closed at 5 pm. We arrive past their office hours, and we had no contact number to call. Also, when we called the number that was given it went direct voicemail. Luckily Kathy from the front desk called us to let us know. In the future, add their business hours/ another line to contact if guests are arriving late.

Checking out process was simple, just put a code in the door but there was no way to confirm that it worked. Other than that I have no issues with the place.

The property was so nice, felt like being in a log cabin. It was clean and beautiful. I love that I didn’t need a key, just a door code.

Couldn't access wifi in the room. No place to put your clothes, you could only hang them.

The room was beautiful. Nice big bed. Loved sitting out on the balcony. Tuckermans restaurant was across the street. Adult only building.

Nobody was there to check in just a note in the mailbox with my name. Also, the restaurant Tuckermans was advertised to be open when I made reservations, however, there was a big sign saying they were closed on the building when we arrived. We were planning on eating at the restaurant so never stopped for provisions. And upon exploring the property could find no vending machines or any way to buy provisions for the evening. Check-in was at 4 and we were in our motorcycles, so going back out to the store was very chilly and really inconvenient cutting into our time in the cabin.

Stayed in a woodland cottage which was a beautiful log cabin. Very private, and well-appointed. The bed was amazingly comfortable, loved the front porch rocking chairs and the fact it was just enough out of the way to be secluded and calm, but close enough to town for activities. Loved the jacuzzi and fireplace and will definitely be rebooking.

Traveling with Friends the garden suites were an ideal set up. We had 118 & 119 same building, close to each other but still private. Being able to walk to a quality restaurant a real plus and Tuckermans lived up to its reputation.

The spa tub even when sealed drained which meant we had to keep adding water over time and some of the jets didn't appear to be working.

restaurant across the street was only open on saturday night , not on sunday. no breakfast . soap in the cabin was eco friendly but awful. a rug on the carpet would be helpful by the front door to take off boots & keep the rug from being wet.,

Jacuzzi Tub could have been cleaner, but that didn't stop us from using and enjoy the Tub.

The staff was great and accommodating, restaurant across the street was GREAT! LOVED THE STAY!

We stayed here for a ski/snow tubing trip. We stayed in the 4 bed cottage which was adjacent to another 4 bed cottage. Everything was great! Heaters in both rooms and a propane fire place in main room. The staff was very friendly, room was very clean ( in fact our son spilled some water, I wiped it up and the face cloth was clean from wiping the floor!) Beds were pretty comfy although our son said his was not. This hotel was close to everything we were looking for. The restaurant, Tuckermans, was fantastic!
