The bed were very small. One sick for 3 to 4 people. No place to hang a towel. The people we met at the reception or restaurant were not very friendly. I expected a higher quality of service for the price we are paying.

The hotel location is just perfect ! Right on Times Square.

For such a highly rated hotel I would have expected some amenities in the room, like body lotions (there was just a small tube which lasted the first hour and was never replaced), some slippers (usually they are always offered in hotel). I also got a bit confused on the city daily pass and I missed to use it

Prices! We will not be back. - 2 drinks for over $50. One room for over $600/night. Too rich for our blood.

We wanted to be within walking distance of the Minskoff to see the Lion King. So this location was excellent. It was quite beautiful with the many floors, elevators in middle, etc.

Didnt like the 8th floor bar/restaurant. Very sterile atmosphere and when we did go there to try have a drink (with a view), we were told we couldnt site at what were empty tables because they were reserved, despite us only wanting to be there for half an hour and no one showing up in the time we were there for those tables??

The price for the room was extremely high. Then there was the additional $30 per day extra fee was ridiculous--forced you to buy food and drinks at the hotel. The restaurant and bar on the top floor were out of service--big disappointment. The bill was hard to interpret and I had to get the desk attendant to explain charges and fees. Printout of the bill should have been automatic.

We loved the location. So convenient to get to Broadway shows. We liked the fast elevators. Check in was easy. We thought staff was hospitable.

The elevator situation is massively inefficient and cause more than 15 minute delays in coming in and out of the property.

Location is excellent. Housekeeping staff was warm and fantastic. View of Times Square from our room, fantastic.

My only real complaints are the beds and WiFi. In NYC you walk a ton and are out and about and to come back to sleep on tiny uncomfortable beds is terrible. The bedding and pillows were great, but the box spring beds are very outdated. The WiFi was a challenge to use and I usually turned it off and used carrier data.

No place available to have a drink cause people with convention or business had the place for them and we couldn’t get a seat. Also restaurante with the View was closed No show at marquis theatre.

The room was GORGEOUS! We loved the view of the ball from our room, we may have to try to come back for New Year's. The bed was soft and the city lights made it even more beautiful. I also loved the futon, we were able to lay closer to the window, the view was amazing, the dimming light in the bathroom was a nice touch.
