The access to the apartment was a bit hard if you are not driving. Perhaps add a instruction for accessing the unit through front door instead of garage.

There isn't a ton of food places nearby, but we found a few local eateries that had excellent food. If you are looking for some great smoked BBQ, Ray's won't disappoint.

We traveled to Houston partly to attend an Astros game, but hotel prices near the ballpark were more than we wanted to pay. Stumbled onto this little gem, which was perfect for a couple. Apartment was clean, and has a little balcony. Pool looked well maintained. Lily was very responsive and accommodating to several questions I had. The apartment is close to a busy road, which could be an issue if you are a light sleeper. It's close enough to popular venues, and the neighborhood seemed safe. Right next to Hermann Park, so we took a couple of walks. Bed is firm, but surprisingly I didn't wake up sore, so it worked out great.

Not much. Although it’s been recently refurbished some things could be refreshed (e.g. bath tub is old style, but fully functional).

Fully furnished apartment. Very comfortable. Feels like staying at home. Kitchen with all amenities. Internet, TV, etc. provided. The owner is very responsive. Free parking in a parkade.

It was an amazing space, so spacious, comfortable, and smelled great. Very clean and cozy. We stayed here while visiting to see BEYONCÉ and it was a great place to get ready and rest up

Be warned if you are a super light sleeper. The road noise can be heard in the bedroom. It wasn't enough to bother me, I slept like a rock. It does mess with the zen of coffee on the patio though.

Location was outstanding. We had a bit of difficulty getting the check in information but the hosts were super nice about getting us what we needed. The location is great. Just where we wanted to be near the Museum District. The apartment was clean and comfy and the bed was comfortable, slept great there.

We had a small issue with the gate entry code being wrong, but got it sorted day two.

Lots of space, thoughtfully furnished, washer and dryer, coffee and water provided on arrival. Very clean, comfy bed. Great location near park, zoo, museums etc. Off street parking. Prompt communication prior to and during stay.

Nothing! just something to note that if you park on 3rd floor, there will be about 10 stairs to get to apartment and if you walk to the gym or pool, you’ll need to climb 3 flights of stairs.

Very clean, safe neighborhood. Place was exactly as pictured. Plenty of amenities. Solid gym and nice pool. Cal king bed was nice added feature.

Noise from the street while sitting at the balcony as per the street close by.

Place was in a very nice area, close to the park and museums - convenient location. Apartment was very spacious, everything new and clean. Bed and couch were very big and comfortable. Contact with owner was very easy. There is very nice view from the balcony and a lot of greenery. I would for sure come back to that place and would recommend it to others.

Beautiful Apartment, clean, easy access, loved sitting on the balcony (park view). The rental host very informative & accommodating. Comfortable stay & 5 minutes to MD Anderson.
