Basically noting to complain about. Only thing I noticed that there is some noise when the heater goes on during the night.

Simply Awesome! We booked the 2 bedroom townhouse on the top floor and there was a terrace out of every room - the 2 bedrooms and the living room.

Mattresses were a bit tired. That was really the only issue for us were that the mattresses need replacing.

Bitter cold cause heating source to fail. We were able to switch rooms, but we had already settled in and it was not fun to change and reorganize. We got an adjustment on our bill. We did not know ahead of time that there is now a charge for parking. It is not mentioned on booking.com. We are elderly and would not have been able to walk from the "free" parking lot to the hotel every day several times a day.

The sink wouldn’t drain, small bed and we stayed in a townhouse, didn’t understand why such small beds. The vibration and noise from hvac systems was right under bed. For the price I expected better. $30 a day for parking.

Location was great, friendly and accommodating staff. Two terraces was a plus to enjoy the city view. Great places to eat nearby. I highly recommend “Pour Judgment” bar and grille. The jambalaya, sushi, and mulberry whiskey tea was so delicious.

1. The additional parking fee of $30 was unpleasant. Future guests: drive another few feet down the same street and you will only pay $10! Didn't know that until it was too late. 2. My room was right next to a small conference room. In the morning, staff were setting it up for something and were EXTREMELY loud. Lots of talking and giggling that went on for at least 20 minutes. Fortunately I was already awake or I would have been livid.

Upon check-in, the lady at the front desk was not very welcoming. She assumed we would be using the parking space at the hotel (charged us without asking) and was very taken back when we declined this parking. When we told her we were going to use the street parking (which was free since it was last Nov 1st-the other girl at the counter also vouched and said that it was free this time of year) she mumbled under her breath (but loud enough for us to hear) “oh well I heard they still ticket” while rolling her eyes. That did not sit well with us and is something we will always remember about this place, unfortunately!

Wifi was out during the stay, apparently out in the area when we asked about it, not told about it on checking in! Several of the double glazed windows were blown so we could not see out.

Dated carpet and furniture with lots of dust and carpet fibers in the air. The roof leaked and has been leaking for sometime. Also this is not a hotel as such. These are timeshare units which could use some attention.
