From check in to check out , the staff was helpful, fries did seemingly always available! Both my husband and I were able to fully relax and enjoy our stay completely! Awesome!

We didn’t like the noise at night when trying to sleep. The bar next door was super loud well into the night.

We slept upstairs in the king bed, we would have liked the king to be downstairs where the TV and bathroom was instead. Other than that, all was really great. We would stay there again. Thank you.

Breakfast was very cheap. We understand changes due to COVID regulations but Kraft cheese and deli meat ham is not a nice option for breakfast. Oatmeal bakes, different cheese Options or quiches are nice. Especially for price of room

The only thing we didn't like was not having access to an ice machine. You had to call the front desk for ice and they brought a small ziploc bag of it. I understand it is part of their Covid protocol and it really is such a small issue.

The location was perfect. We were within walking distance to mostly everything. The room was huge! We didn't even use the upstairs loft. The staff was very friendly. It was raining when we got there and they had large golf umbrellas to use and the afternoon cookies were a nice touch.

Probably due to old wooden floors, anyone walking created a huge noise disturbance. Also, the voices of some young people hanging about and talking down at the dock really carried - I shudder to think of the noise in the summer (there are sound machines in the rooms, but these have little impact). This is an unfortunate deterrent to an otherwise wonderful hotel.

Bailey, one of the receptionists, was extremely helpful and professional. All of the staff were great, but she was outstanding in her customer service.

There was nothing we did not like. We had no problems and no complaints. I would definitely stay here again, and I would recommend it to everyone.

I loved the room having a loft with a bed upstairs and one downstairs. The breakfast was very good, as well as the service. Everyone was extremely friendly. We loved the daily chocolate cookies, too. The location was within walking distance of all of the shops and the transportation center.

Everything was great. No elevator to get to 3rd floor rooms but everyone was friendly and willing to help with luggage so it wasn't a big deal.

Location was excellent so didn't have to drive to dinner, shopping, etc. Breakfast room was lovely with nice options and wonderful staff (thanks Jennifer!). View from the waterfront rooms was terrific!
