Breakfast was just some cereal and prepackaged donut holes. The sheets and towels were stained. The room smelled heavily of cleaning products. Don't think I would stay again unless I absolutely had to.

It's a stretch to call it a "continental breakfast" - only simple, sugary carbohydrates available. No fresh fruit, no dairy (aside from milk for cereal).

Breakfast was OK. Nothing special. Some prepackaged donuts and cereal was all there was. I went out and ate somewhere else. The rooms were not very private, I could hear people in other rooms. And there was a dog barking several times throughout the night. One of the sheets on the bed was covered in hair... thankfully I had a second bed to sleep in because I was grossed out by that.

Location was good and the AC ran well! The room was very cold! Person at the front desk was very welcoming. Water pressure was also great!

see above. also, looking out the window, overlooking junk and discarded stuff was a little distasteful, even for an economy facility. in the shower, took way to long to get hot water. the toilet must have been really old because i felt like i was sitting on the floor, needed to be upgraded to newer ergonomic and taller for those with difficulty standing up after finished with appropriate functions.

if you call breakfast: 2 cereal choices, couldn't find the milk, 2 juice choices and a couple of cookie choices, nothing hot, no fruit not even bananas, "free breakfast" on the reservation site appropriate, not so much. the bed itself was reasonably comfortable but the pillows were way beyond hard.

The sheets and blanket was full of holes and there was a lot of hair on the bathroom floor. The room was wet feeling and when I tried to open the window it came out of its track and almost fell on me.

The guy (Long Beach) at the front desk a was very nice and helpful.

Uncomfortable bed, blankets and sheets had holes in them, hallways and entry were too warm, blanket was not in great shape, no fitted sheets on bed , a flat sheet that didn't stay on the Mattress well.

Checking in gentleman could have been more friendly, speak in a louder tone,smile and have eye contact. Key to room was a mess...had to try multiple times every time to have it work. Towels threadbare. One of the locks on the door not replaced. Towel rack in bathroom off the wall and not replaced.

Housekeeper was friendly and helpful. Bed comfortable.

The mattress on the king bed hat no box springs, and the frame underneath made sleeping very difficult.

The decor was nice I dislike institutional colors. Everything was neat, clean, and comfortable. Staff went out of it's way to take care of us on check in.
