Nothing. I disliked nothing, about this system. My only negative, which it really isn't... is that they couldn't provide me with a little toaster. Also, the shower faucet is located in such an awkward place that you get soaked when opening the shower. Nothing major.

I loved the ease of use. I was skeptical about the whole process, bit It worked perfectly. I loved the historical building where the hotel is located, a typical Bostonian house, I also loved the location itself, in a gorgeous winter landscaped Commonwealth Avenue. A block away from Newbury Street. It was spotlesly clean. The room was large and comfortable for me and my daughter. The bathroom was small but well appointed. In the tiny kitchenette, they provided a few paper cups and plates. Paper towels, napkins, coffee pods and coffee maker. Small fridge, Microwave and kettle. Dishwasher soap. There was a little cupboard in the lobby where your could get extra supplies, I loved it worked with the "honor system" just take what you need. Toilet Paper, towels, more coffee, herbal tea. The chat with the staff worked perfectly well, they were super fast in answering any questions. The check out instructions: close the door after you.... :)

The room was small, the "electronic key" (using their mobile app) stopped working halfway through our trip. Foot traffic outside the building can be noisy at night, but wasn't too bad.

The location was wonderful, a block away from wonderful shops and restaurants and a short walk away from great parks and entertainment. The room was clean and well maintained. The location was not overly busy for being so close to the action.

We did not know until after we made the reservations that the check-in is online. This should be clear before making reservations. The site says that the staff is avaiable 24/7, but it does not say that this is by email or phone and that there is no staff on site at all. In addition, we did not know that there is no cleaning services. It is possible to take extra towels if needed at all, but no cleaning service at all. I expect that for the price we paid there will be some service, in particular when staying for 3-4 nights or more. Finally, there a few lockers so guests can leave their luggage but it is a matter of luck, and if all are taken, then you are stuck. At the end it is like airbnb, and we were thinking we came to hotel and paid for that

The room was very clean when we arrived and was as expected. We didn’t realise we needed to request the room to be cleaned/beds to be made up.

Was in a great spot and was well priced. Was very easy to check in when our flight was delayed and we had to check in late.

We had a very long journey and asked if we could possibly get into our room 2 hours early. They said yes but then asked for a fee of $30. It’s not a budget hotel, and kind gestures go a long way towards securing repeat bookings.

The bed was very comfortable and the room was clean. We liked being able to watch Netflix on the tv.

Sonder Back Bay was a lovely place to stay. It was central to shops, services and bus routes. The building and room were delightful, and I was very comfortable. I would highly recommend this as a place to stay for anyone on business or personal travel as the room allowed for considerable self-sufficiency.

Our room had a smell of diesel heating. The bed was difficult to access on one side. The kitchen area was poorly equipped - there were plastic cups but that was about it; we would have liked a plate and bowl and spoon each.

Great location and comfortable bed. Library / lounge as extra space to work was really useful.

The walls are pretty thin, so you can hear late night conversations. Also since the street is right by, woke up in the early morning to the sound to trucks.

The location was great. Very close to Hynes Convention Center and train stations. The bus stop was also very close so easy access to and from the airport.

No concierge or maid service, no extra amenities. One shade was broken and would not roll up so that was a bummer because we would have had a nice view. But it was easy to communicate through the app.

Easy check in, spacious room, clean, excellent location. Close to Shopping and Food. I would stay here again.
