The elevator takes directly to your floor and when we checked in we had 5 rooms 3 were on the same floor and 2 were in different floor and we could not go to their room or the come to our room..

The room was more basic than I imagined, the casting option on the tv didn’t work with my Netflix/Hulu. The do not disturb light didn’t work for my room. The room was kinda of dusty in my opinion. The valet took a long time to get my car the first time.

The staff was great, loved how the elevator uses your room key to determine which floor you have access to. The bed was comfortable and there was cable tv available

Biggest bug bear- NO FULL LENGTH MIRROR in the room - made comment at desk and she said lots of people say that- then why not put one. Dinner service was very very slow - not what u want when paying that much money for dinner

Free parking , smells great all thru the hotel , the restaurant attached , opposite a lovely mall and near Lenox mall. Fluffy slippers , straighners and a great hairdryer, lots of usb sockets in the room .

Majority of the front desk was helpful with great hospitality except one lady. The breakfast was limited to certain selection. Due to the property is there approximately a year, many of the Uber drivers and Uber eats couldn’t locate the place.

I love the security it provided. Especially the elevator only goes to the designated floor you are assigned to. I love the decor and comfort it provided.

It was so beautiful! It was so cosy and had all the comforts in a room except for a mirror ! lol! Th bell boy was so professional and so welcoming it was a real pleasure going for a drive in the Porsche with him. I will definitely stay here again. Thank you so much Kind Regards Monika Turski

Wifi was very patchy. No 24 hour room service - very limiting. Couldn’t get movies to work in the suite living room. No slippers to go with robes.

I had made dinner reservations in advance - only to be contacted no less than 4 times CONFIRMING my reservation, as I did the FIRST attempt - a bit annoying - was then reminded we would have to vacate the table within a certain time period.

The toilet paper is very poor quality. I thought Nobu could do better.

The beds are super comfortable and it’s nice and quiet and peaceful. Nobu restaurant is excellent for breakfast and dinner. We didn’t eat lunch there.

It was a little confusing on location and my GPS kept taking me all over the place. Just a little hidden and hard to find.

Beautiful property, nice view, nice location and close to shopping and restaurants. Not kid friendly but did feel safe with it being only myself and having three small children.

My breakfast in the restaurant was quite disappointing. I thought the food could have been much better.

Loved the aroma therapy pumping throughout the common spaces. Loved that you only had access to the floor that you stayed on or the common spaces, let us know that security was a top priority. Love that it was quiet in the hallway

I called the front desk a couple of times during the day and no answer. I had try again later but eventually got through.

Location was upscale and central in Buckhead, with close proximity to shopping mails, restaurants, and bars. The gym had adequate equipment, spacious and clean. The room actually looks better physically than on the website, and bed was super comfortable with quality bedsheets. And it was cleaned everyday. The look and feel of the hotel was luxury and modern. I will definitely stay here again any time I visit Atlanta.
