My stay was wonderful. I treated myself to one night in the Zen Suite for my birthday and I enjoyed every second. To the relaxing soak in the soaking tub to the cool environment at the rooftop bar. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Using arrival I was greeted my the wonderful front desk staff. In my room I had a complimentary bottle of wine waiting for me wit a nice birthday card from the hotel. I was able to request a late check out time as well. I couldn't have asked for a better way to celebrate my special day! The views from my room were amazing! Thank you Nobu for helping to make my birthday so special!

We had an amazing stay at the Nobu for our Honeymoon. We were welcomed with a much needed hot drink and hot towel whilst we checked in - the lobby smelled amazing! Our room was spacious and had all the amenities we required and we loved the Google Chrome and Dyson hair dryer. All the staff were wonderful and we will definitely look to stay in another Nobu location in the future.

Amazing room, very large and lovely. A splendid bathroom again generous in size. Staff fantastic, particularly Juan at the front desk. Decent gym. Didn't use pool but it looked mellow. The area has plenty of restaurants and bars, really well located.

Bathroom even with the lighting is a little dark.

Great location close to some of the best restaurants in the US. Easy walk to Michigan Ave and the riverwalk. Awesome Dyson hairdryer provided. Fantastic rooftop bar with the most amazing view of downtown. The bellhop was amazing and friendly.

A bit noisy on my floor late at night, possibly due to service door. Floor lamp was not controlled with the other lights and had to be unplugged.

Tiffany at front desk and the bell staff were excellent and so personable. Room was lovely and the pool and steam room were an unexpected treat (next time I will bring a swimsuit). Breakfast was good, but not outstanding. And I loved the neighborhood (restaurants, bakery) even though it was outside of downtown.

Rooftop Nobu was just ok. The main restaurant and lounge on 1st floor is much better.

Hotel is a bit small, amenities like fitness were basic. No spa at the property... steam room is available but also quite small. Room textiles could have been a bit more luxe for the price point.

This hotel is in a wonderful location in the West Loop of Chicago. The property is relatively new and the interiors are decadent. While this hotel is a smaller boutique style version of most Nobu 's which are huge, it is sumptuous and cozy. You can tell the rooms were designed with a thought process for feng shui, etc. The hotel staff is lovely, namely Juan at the front desk!!!! I will totally be back to this hotel and would recommend to anyone visiting Chicago.

In room dining nobu and sliders Ii ordered where cold. For that price you expect them to arrive warm. The room was not cleaned on day two, I decided to book an extra day and got no cleaning of the room. Asked to make up my bed and do the bathroom and this was not done. Also no cleaning brush next to toilet for the toilet. Now I asked two times to make up my room and all i got was three towels and some water. For this price and for the name NOBU I did expect the room to be cleaned. Also I looked for the sauna or steam rooms and could not find it near the pool, maybe should be better signaled. The staff was really friendly though.

In room dining was good. The room is very good size and silent. Nobu restaurant and location for other restaurants is amazing, staff was very friendly.

I love Nobu hotels primarily for their aesthetics. I love Japanese minimalism, nice materials and restraint in decoration. Comfortable, cozy, beautiful and friendly staff. The size of the rooms is optimal, the beds are comfortable. We left the hotel and thought it was so good. By the way, very tasty breakfasts and coffee in the restaurant on the ground floor.

Traffic noise outside, but it’s Chicago. Nothing you can really do about that.

Loved the staff here! So friendly and willing to go above and beyond. Location is perfect. Room is spacious and clean. Would definitely stay again.
