I wish there was a small cook top in the kitchenette so we could cook breakfast.

The location is perfect. Right in the middle of all the fun that Mt. Washington Valley has to offer. The view out the back slider of the condo was beautiful, and it was Sooooooo peaceful and quiet. The room had a jacuzzi tub in the Bathroom which was very nice. There was a small kitchenette with a Keurig for morning coffee. The mountain club facilities were great but, we were too busy to really get to use them. Next time!

Condo was very clean and comfortable, left us even dishwashing liquid and trash bags which helped make things easier. Pool was a huge hit and my kids loved feeding the fish at the koi pond. We’ll definitely be back next year

we love it here . I’ve been coming here for 17 years, stayed maybe 6-8 times . My kids love the pools

We were on the first floor and could hear a lot of the noise from the people who stayed above us. The hills were beautiful in the summer, but I imagine it might be difficult to drive up and down in the winter. I would still attempt at least one winter visit to see how it is though.

Always love when our family of 5 can stay in one room since the kids are still little. A variety of small pools to choose from. One was only 3-3.5 feet, which is really great for little kids. View of the mountains from our room (Narvik building) was amazing! We woke up a little earlier one day to watch the sun rise up from the mountains. Very close to some good restaurants and Storyland!

Our room this time didn’t have such a great view than we normally get and it wasn’t as clean as it should have been.

I liked that it has a small kitchenette, several pool options and great views.

wish there was more than one pool towel offered in the room, there were hundreds of caterpillars all over the pool and spa area, you couldn’t go 2 steps without dodging them, all over the chairs and falling from the building and umbrellas. indoor hot tub smelled of fish.

love the location! condo was clean, loved the whirlpool tub, staff was accommodating! lots to offer between the game room, fire pit, pools etc.

Absolutely nothing

The resort is amazing am already planning a return trip but like you know we all need twirking. A golf cart introduction might be nice to assist non driving vacationers to get around within the permissions also the Ac in the room 115 needs to be fixed. But overall I would go back regardless. The staff were amazing from top office ladies to button cleaning crew😉. They all rock and I wanna say a huge thank you.

One out door pool was not open, indoor steam room and sauna did not work, one shower in the changing area didn't work. That's way to many amenities to not have working properly at one time. I come for the heated pools and amenities, not having them in good working order might make me start going somewhere else.

It must've been catapillar season as they were all over the place. It kind of ruined the outdoor pool experience.

It's very homely and the people were nice.
