Some Windows didn't work well and missing some screens, no a/c, Workers showed up on the second day to remove the siding, we should have been told.

The only reason I was disappointed this trip was because we'd planned on eating dinners in and the oven was not operable. We had purchased food to cook for our group and could not cook it. The owner was responsive and apologetic about the miscommunication about the oven.

Location is perfect for shopping weekends, as it is a 2 minute drive to Settler's Green and only a 5 - 10 minute drive (depending on traffic) to downtown shops like Zeb's. There's plenty of room and it is a very comfortable living space. We love the fireplace and games/puzzles available. There's also ping pong in the basement. Clean and plenty of bedding, towels, soaps, dishwashing needs.

When we arrived we wanted to sit outdoors as the weather was unseasonably hot. Four of the six chairs were broken. we requested new ones but never got them. We also requested a new ligtbulb in the from entryway. No light out there was a safety hazard coming in the evening. Never got fixed. The furniture in the living room needs replacement. It's stained. AND NO A/C.

The location was excellent. The property was very quiet and beautiful grounds. It was extremely hot for october. Very unexpected for New Hampshire. That's about it. The space had lot's of beds. If I brought kids they would have loved that loft area.

Didn't know the oven did not work (there was a convection counter top.... but would have been good to know). A couple safety things.... had 2 grandchildren with me.... protruding screws on deck railing (kid height), Carbon Monoxide alarm was hanging on by 1 screw and eventually dropped off...

Location, clean and spacious. Plenty of towels/supplies. Even though the property is older and could use a few updates.... it would have been nice but no complaints on that. Space was just what we needed for a week to relax and enjoy :)

They should provide stand up portable A/C units for each floor to make it more enjoyable and comfortable in the summer. The fans provided just don’t due the trick.

There is no a/c, which we knew beforehand, but we were there during a particularly hot spell. There are lots of fans. It would help I think if the skylights had blinds. If not for the heat then I would have rated this house a perfect score.

Lovely house, very spacious and well equipped. Plenty of towels, extra pillows etc. Great location very close to outlets and several restaurants but still nice and quiet quiet. Wifi worked well. Very good communication from Vacasa (management) before, during and after stay.

No aircon, house got very warm and uncomfortable, didn't feel like cooking as it was too hot to do so, even though fans were provided. No sunloungers or chairs were provided around the pool as shown in the pictures of the house when we booked. Would have been good to have a small table on the decking to have our lunch on.

Wish we knew the townhouse pool was not open given that many attractions in mid-Jun were closed as they did not open for summer season until week after we left.

The home was cozier than I imagined. We really enjoyed the structure of the house and the size; spacious dining area, comfortable kitchen with several pots/pans/utensils/cookware/dinnerware with island and stools, living room, loft area including the top area with twin beds (and skylight), balcony was a bonus and the cellar was semi-finished (equipped with outdoor exit, laundry and table tennis!). Quite impressed with the indoor structure, cleanliness of the home and quality of furniture, space and appliances.

Cosmetic only- outside needs to be updated significantly. Did not affect our stay.

Very comfortable living room and bedrooms. Loved the location, right in the center of shopping. Easy access to parking area. Plenty of room to sleep 7 people comfortably. Nice outdoor deck space. Washer/dryer if needed. Kitchen has all necessities for cooking / eating. Plenty of towels in bathrooms.

There wasn’t anything we didn’t like the only thing that was inconvenient was the KCup part Of coffee maker didn’t work so we couldn’t use our coffee however there was ground coffee available and that was awesome

The box on the door with the key worked but the box on the wall next to the door was jammed so we did not have a second key. That was the only issue.

It was very clean, the area was great, and the pool was fun for the kids.
