Was dirty outside, the dead bolt didn't work in our room, and we couldn't get hot water in the shower.

Friendly front desk help when we checked in. Close to I25 well lite parking lot and security driving through at night.

Dirty, smoke room smell, two am in the morning train pass by honking his loud honk! Can’t take a shower as per shower grip dio work ! Next morning mentioned this to the desk clerk asking what care you going to do for me and he reply I will tell maintenance!!then Iv ask twice he reply the same

My ressie was cancelled by booking.com one hour after I made the ressie. And then when I got there from airport, they told me they were sold out. They eventually got me a room was charged me a higher rate.

Air conditioning was disgusting and turned on at most once an hour, even though I had it turned to the coolest temp and highest fan. The room was not clean. The bathroom was quite gross. We could have kept ice cream in the fridge. Trains were running loudly all night, along with loud patrons smoking and talking until 3 AM all night.

The staff was very nice.

No Breakfast service and coffee

The gentleman Julian was very helpful and kind. The morning went to get breakfast and there was no coffee, no breakfast , the lady working went to the back when we asked about breakfast. She has poor customer service skills, very unkind.

There is no wifi, little breakfast offered (cereal, muffins, juice, coffee), offer more options for breakfast. Homeless people stay in the area and they are loud at night. I was waken up multiple times in the back building room 149. The area was skeptical and suspicious I did not feel safe with my dog.

the bed and couch, very comfortable and didn’t want to leave. Coffee was good in the morning, showers did meet my expectations, and love the paintings in the room.

The shower curtain pole was half way out of the wall and the ac didn't work , they switched us rooms and put us in a room that had blood all over the carpets and big cigarette holes in the blanket .. not just 1 or 2 like 20 to 30 burn holes .

My issues were that the room wasnt ready and we were late to check in. They said it was ready but aside from the beds being made there was garbage all over the floor and it wasn't cleaned. Also there was no shower curtain. There were stains all over including the sheets like someone had a paint party. I left for a few hours and let them get it really ready but when check in is at 3 and were there at 430...somethings gotta change

The staff took care of my issues when I had them.

My room was clean and comfy it was a nice and everything was clean the fridge and the microwave was clean and worked great the way the room looked was fantastic when we got there the night guy was nice too me and my daughter.. BUT THE MORNING THE GIRL WAS SO TRASHY AND RUDE SHE WAS TRYING TO FLIRT WITH MY BOYFRIEND And WAS RUDE AND DIDNT WANT TO HELP ME ..QUESTION ME LIke I WAS A criminal but flirted and she went out of her way to make my bf feel like a guest I'm like woah I'm all about woman Inpowerment.. but she was was taken her hormones to a nother level ..like I don't care how many tattoos or how make up you ware I will not be intimidated .. she was more into her hormones then she was doing her job ..it's wierd like he's not.going to go home with you so why can't you do what your getting paid for ..(your job) your not getting paid to be so hormonal .. 🤣 😂 like trashy girl how embarrassing to any woman that can work and not let there feelings take.over there profession. .. but you can always have my leftovers 🤣😂

There were honestly roaches and it was somewhat dirty. There were a lot of police activity. Some of the rooms were broken and people could get into the room.

I liked that there was free parking.

There were no washcloths or hand towels. They would not provide us with any without us taking our old towels (which we didn't have) to the front desk in order to get more towels. The toilet ran and there were what appeared to be blood spots on the carpet.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable..
