Manager was very kind and put our freezer pack in freezer for us, which allowed for my husband's diabetic medicine to be kept cold while on rd

Television quality is poor, not HD. Bath and toilet area was small and showing a little wear but nothing too bad.

Room was nice. Bed "room" area was nice size with an easy chair and plenty of room around the bed. The room was right next to lobby and I was wondering if it would be loud but all I heard was a couple of semi trucks on the highway.

The hot tub wasn't much warmer than the heated pool and the bubbles were non-existant.

The room was clean and comfortable and it was quiet. The check-in was smooth and quick. The pool was heated which was very nice.

I like that they have extended pool hours so we were able to use it . The lobby is nice and homey. This was our 2nd stay there. Next time I want to stay on bottom floor those stairs are steep for my knees

The shower head was powerful but did not adjust in height, it shot straight over my head as I am a short person.

The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The staff said hello whenever I encountered them.

The hair dryer did not work. The microwave wasn't. Plugged in ,. And the plug in was in a difficult spot. The morning of check out I came to breakfast at 8 am and they were out of cups and waffle batter.

The inside was very nice and clean , the manager/owner was friendly. The pool was temperature which was great they offered breakfast.

The hotel was outdated and a little “old smelling.” There was no elevator, which wasn’t a real problem for us, because we can walk up a flight of stairs. The room was not sound proof. Around 2 am there was a family who checked in late with crying children. As a mom I get it, late night means upset children. The walls were so thin we were able to hear the crying for awhile, where most hotels you wouldn’t have heard it at all. The last issue was the breakfast. For the price of the room I wasn’t expecting gourmet. I was hoping for ok. However, what we were served really didn’t qualify as edible food. The biscuits had to have set out at least 5 days to be that hard and brittle. The “gravy” was cement. The cereal & granola I thought would be “safe” yet they were so stale I couldn’t get the stale taste out of my mouth for awhile. The only thing I was able to have was the orange juice. We stopped at the nearest fast food before we headed back on the road.

Honestly for the price I really can’t complain. We needed a room that was clean and comfortable. This did the job. Was it any more than that? Nope, but I got what I paid for.

There were patches on the wall that should have been painted over. I asked for a handicap accessible room and there was a tub rather than a walk in shower.

The ease of checking in - I made the reservations online. The room was clean, cool, and comfortable. I asked for a Queen size bed, and this was a double size bed. But we were so tired, the bed was comfortable, the room was cool so we turned the AC down, picked up dinner and relaxed after dinner.

Tried calling the property to let them know I was actually coming but a little late. Couldn't understand the answers I got. TV didn't work although I had nothing I wanted to watch.

I think if they would remove the orange chair out of the room it wouldn’t be missed. The furniture is nice but not that chair.

The location was fine. The room was large with one queen bed. The furniture was nice except for an older chair that was in the room. The bed was very comfortable. The air worked great. The bathroom was huge. The hotel is somewhat outdated but you can tell they have really tried to make it nice. The breakfast was very good with waffles, biscuits and gravy, bagels, cereal, packaged pastry and apples. It was replenished often. I did not use the pool. It was really a great value.
