Friday and Saturday night the music so loud on the rooftop it kept us up was very disappointed

Top floor bar became quite crowded and rowdy on our last night.

We liked the quirky 'industrial chic' decor of this historic building. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. Free car parking. Top floor bar and pool is fun and provides an impressive view of the Dallas skyline. Restaurant, which we used for breakfast.

Unfortunately it was a bit loud. Could hear conversations plain as day from others in the hallway and could hear the music from the rooftop playing even at 12am and we were on the 3rd floor. Also the bed was not very comfortable. When I laid down, you could definitely tell it was worn out and even sunk into itself. Not very supportive

Loved the vibe and the atmosphere. Location was great given the reason for the trip.

The parking situation. There is free hotel guest parking, however, the lot is free to others so when the lot is full, hotel guests are forced to valet for $35.

The mirror was missing in my hotel room and the staff didn't even seem to know about it. Also, they would have more guests if they added a gym.

The breakfast was pretty good, but they add on a 20% gratuity which is too high for the southside of Dallas.

I never could figure out the TV's chromecast feature, would have preferred some easier AV connections and a bluetooth stereo in the room. Could have used another table and chair in the room as well.

Very convenient for a short trip arriving/departing by car (free parking), comfortable room in a converted warehouse building, hip design details and an awesome rooftop bar with skyline view and heated pool.

Design details .. bathroom sink too high , hallway dark , poor lighting in room , stark decor. slippery shower floor.

The location was rough. And not enough parking in the same lot as the hotel.

Parking situation was not satisfactory- sharing parking spaces with restaurants, no introductory of the room and its functions, card key trouble, trouble with apps connection on tv, the huge pillars in front of the elevators, and very rude particular hotel desk clerk; loud noises on the street from 2-4 am, and the clacking from the ceiling above hearing the endless clacking. And the fact I will not get credit for not staying one more night.

They didn't have a microwave in the rooms but they did have a mini fridge. There's a microwave in the lobby that wasn't bad but could be better kept clean.

The hotel and hotel rooms were very spacious and beautifully decorated! The bed was very comfortable and the surrounding area was quiet. The lobby was spacious with decent lounging areas (bar, pool table, plenty of seating). I would love to come back again. The staff also responded quickly via text to any questions!

Not much to not like.

The hotel is cool and has good facilities. The view from the rooftop bar and pool area is great - right out over downtown Dallas. The staff are friendly and helpful too.

The bed sheet kept coming off the mattress while I was sleeping. Need to have deep pocket fitted sheet for the bed. The toilet would also run for a while. The toilet paper holder needs to be tightened.

The location is convenient in some ways but the neighborhood is sketchy. We were not comfortable walking to our event which is what we usually do. But it is close to the dart train which a little sketchy too but it is convenient.

Restaurant service was slow and server was MIA took forever to order and he was rude when he did come to table. So service in lobby restaurant was 1/10. But the food was good. If you don’t like noise then might not want to stay here. The rooftop bar music was very loud till about 1 am.

Bartender upstairs was rude and clearly didn't want to be there. We had planned to have drinks/dinner up there but chose to go elsewhere because of his attitude. Other staff was very friendly and kind!
