United StatesStaff wasnt nice. There was an unpleasant smell throughout the entire hotel. Check in and out was very complicated and the hotel required a deposit. I have never stay any where that a deposit was required to check in on an already paid for room. The accomodations were not worth the price. Maintenance was also a problem found many things in room either falling apart or broken, the shower/tub being one of them. One family member thought they were going to slip and fall during shower because it was very slippery and another family couldnt take a bath because the water wouldnt stay in the tub because the plug didnt work properly. No breakfast like advertised. Coffee and a couple packets of instant oatmeal was all that was out. Will not be ever staying here again or recommending it to anyone.

United StatesThe first room they gave me had a heating and air conditioning unit that did not work, would not turn on at all. The second room they gave me only had a hand towel and washcloth, no bath towels. And no hair dryer. And then I looked in the kitchenette and the cabinets were completely empty. There were no pots or pans, no silverware, no dishes. No coffee pot. You had to go down to the front desk to check out these items. They gave me one plate, one cup, one bowl, one fork, one knife, one spoon. And a coffee pot and towels. All of which I had to carry up to my room, in two trips. When I reserved the room, the information said Breakfast was included. The only thing they provided was a muffin at the check in counter. Nothing other than a muffin. Not even coffee. And the gate to drive into their parking lot did not open with your room key card. You had to punch a button that was the hotel's phone number, and answered with a long list of options. You eventually had to push a button that rang the front desk. Then you had to wait quite a while for someone at the front desk to push a button to open the gate to let you into the parking lot. It was terribly inconvenient. I was looking forward to a nice long soak in the bathtub, but there was no way to plug the drain in the bathtub. All in all, it was the worst experience I've ever had at any hotel establishment in my life. I had originally made reservations for one week, but I left after 2 nights, when brown water started bubbling up in the bath tub.

United Statesfirst day the stove did it work. second day and third day I had to beg them to clean my room. because it was not cleaned they moved me to another room. it was on the 4 floor and then their elevator broke down. I have an injury from the Army and if was unacceptable for me to have to Cary bags up 4 flights of stairs. this hotel you have to dump your own trash and you have to take the linens off the bed. then bring them downstairs to exchange. I did that and they were out of sheets. I refused to sleep on a bare mattress in a hotel I spoke with the manager Jason and he would only give me a refund for one night. it that is so much of a haste to get returned I said. the heck with it. I am in the Oakland area looking for a hotel for 3 people for a year long project but I assure you it won’t be this hotel

United StatesThe room was not as clean as it should have been. There was no lightbulb in one of the lamps. It smelled like old stale carpet, curtains and furniture. There was no continental breakfast as indicated online. Not even coffee! The refrigerator had a bug in it and made loud noise that continued off and on ALL NIGHT! The window screens were cut and we didn’t feel safe leaving the windows open.

The heater got nice and hot but it was leaking so there was always a puddle water on the floor that we had to wipe up occasionally so we wouldn'tstep in it with our socks or barefoot. I'm giving a low rating because there was some long hair in the bathtub and neither me or my fiancée have long straight hair, there were several live ants crawling on the walls and a lot of dead ants stuck on the walls and ceiling of the shower and on the bathroom walls, the microwave wasn't clean my lady actually had to clean it first before we could heat up our food.. I stayed at this same extended stay on Xmas Eve and I was satisfied with the accommodations, etc.. This time around we were very disappointed with the conditions.. ☹️
