Check in was supposed to be at 4:00. The room was still not ready by 7:30. There was nowhere to sit for breakfast. Ate standing up. Ice machine in my hallway did not work.

The bed was terrible and lumpy. We had cobwebs on the corner of the bedroom and along the ceiling. The little reading light didn’t work on one side of the bed. The bathroom sink nozzle was broke. Walls were very thin. I heard an alarm clock going off at 530 both mornings.

The outdoor landscape was beautiful. The main entrance was very inviting. Room was sort of updated. Breakfast was good.

The place was very out dated and the renovations were not helpful. The beds were worn out, the exterior door was difficult to get locked, and the place felt unsafe in the evenings.

The hotel over charged me then after refunding the money to me, they then charged my card again for the money they refunded 2 more times so they really didn't refund me at all. Will not be back after this!

We didn’t even get to stay there! We had booked a 2 night reservation and when we arrived, we were told our reservation was moved down the street to the Double Tree. We booked at Oasis for the outdoor pool and the Double Tree’s outdoor pool was 10x10! Also, we actually paid more! I will never use booking.com again and will never stay at the Oasis. What a joke!

I feel like the breakfast could’ve been a little better

Staff are very friendly and nice. I am a pittie. Patient and I was able to have my water ship to the hotel and they will hold onto it until I got there.

They didn't have luggage carts to get your luggage to your rooms.

The hotel was the best hotel on our trip. The bathroom was clean, breakfast was great with a variety and the coffee was good. They even had book lights on the head boards.

Wish they still had a hot tub as described on Booking.com. Walls in room were dusty in room. Parking lot needed better lighting… not easy to navigate when dark.

Absolutely beautiful!! The location for us was perfect. We loved how after hours there was a security guard at the gate. Everyone we met that was on staff were so friendly! Definitely will stay here again!

The carpet looked and smelled old. The halls were outdated. I was in a no smoking section and the entire hallway smelled like marijuana. I was supposed to check in at 4:00 but didn’t get to come in until 5:00 so I had to take my family out to do something because sitting in the parking lot wasn’t going to happen with a three year old. The front desk offered the fire and ice restaurant to sit and wait but then it would have cost us extra money to eat and altered our dinner plans. We weren’t even given a discount or coupon for the restaurant for the inconvenience.

The palm trees indoor were amazing and the pool was great!

I booked a poolside room with breakfast. I was given a room with a alley and dumpster view and outside the room was a dusty and dirty dismantled ice machine and multiple wires hanging down from the ceiling with the ceiling tile removed. we went for breakfast and was not allowed breakfast. very disappointed
