The facility is old. Our dresser in our room is old and damaged. The bathroom also is outdated.

Common areas were filthy dirty, Hallway carpets dingy and dirty,downstairs bathrooms out of order, afternoon desk worker was more worried about Text messaging than waiting on me or the Fed Ex driver.

Bed was comfortable, Wifi worked great. Early morning work so i did not have the breakfast. Pillows are terrible and need to be replaced. In honestly expected more being part of the Choice Brand.

We had to ask for toilet paper the first night. Had to ask for towels. We had do not disturb on the first night only. They never cleaned our room. Which meant..garbage piled up. Had to again ask for towels and coffee makings.

At breakfast, the lady said they were out of forks and out of juice. This was at 7:30am. We ate eggs with a spoon.

I really don’t leave reviews, but I feel like for other people’s sake, I need to. This property is very outdated, dirty and smells musty throughout (the hallways and rooms both). The bathroom had visible mold in the shower, toilet and walls. The air conditioner made a squeaking noise when it would turn on that made it very hard to sleep at night. I wouldn’t stay here again.

Great location right off I-75 & free breakfast. The staff was very friendly and accommodating.

While the room was what we needed, the furnishings were stained and well worn. The night we stayed was cold and rainy but the ac did not work so the room was stuffy. We arrived late (after midnight) and departed by 10am due to travel plans.

The staff was very friendly and addressed our concerns upon checkout. They apologized and discounted our stay and followed up with an email to explain their actions to correct issues.

Bed caved in , microwave was broken didn't work right spin right. Bath tub spit up gunk when it was draining.

The jacuzzi tub was nice and the staff was very kind and friendly I was not impressed with a few things and the staff was very kind and helpful

mattress on bed very used...sagged in middle and was very uncomfortable. College road very noisy. Sounded like motorcycles racing until the wee hours. not sure if appropriate to state here, we booked two queen beds, but was told not available when we got there and had a king bed. Disappointing.

OK and obviously I thought they asked what didn’t you like half an answer there so like I said the same thing and the other paragraph the staff was excellent the new owners need to fix some stuff and especially the stuff on their website that does not mention any of those prices about dogs and some other things

When you go to the website it says you’re gonna get a lot more good deals like free breakfast just anything for the price of it and it was just right now regular hotel and they did not mention or say one thing that the new owners charge $30 a day for a dog and I don’t know if that means there’s two dogs and it goes up and up that is not even right but the workers they were very good and excellent I just think it’s the owners that need to do some work and stop false advertising but besides that like I said the staff was very nice and polite

It's right by the interstate so every single loud car, ambulance, lights, sirens, etc... You hear if your in the main building. The shower was definitely not made for a 6ft person. The roof of the shower was all mold, and our heads touched the top of it. The hotel itself is very dated for what they charge compared to the area.

The breakfast in the morning was good, and it was quiet. The staff were very nice. The bed was comfortable.
