Arrived in room to find pull out bed broken and unuseable. Was place in another room that was not handicapped accesable. The king bed was was soft as we both rolled to the middle when we laid down. I will not stay here in the future as this place is totaly run down. Ice machines did not work either

The hallway on entire floor(4) stunk so bad I had to hold my breath from room to elevator the bed hurt my back both nights it's like it sunk down on one side bad bad the pillows are feather pillows not hard at all plus I think I might have gotten allergies reaction to them or the smell in hallway I know once I left I quit sneezing and nose stop running within one hour of leaving for the money paid not worth the bed at all. I expected more then that

I did like location to walk to places instead of driving I also like the spa bath in my room if it wasn't for the spa bathtub in room I would not have stayed at all hot water galore never ran out of hot water

Parking was challenging. We manage to find one spot by the gas station on the hotel side, all other spots were full. The bed was very worn in. My partner and I rolled to the middle all night long. I did not like how the beds were not encased. You can see the stains and how worn the mattress was. The tub in the shower was extremely slippery. A roach came from the hallway into our room. Although we set our ac low the room never really got chilly.

Plenty of towels, pillows and a blanket upon request. The spa tub was clean with hot water. Plenty of space to get ready for an event.

All areas could have been much cleaner, especially the lobby and commons areas. The hallways were unkept and musty.

Front desk staff was very helpful and courteous. The lady who was in charge of the breakfast are was very professional. She went above expectations to insure the guests were happy. She was excellent!

dirty kleenexes found in bed when moving the covers to get into bed. So we could only use 1 or the 2 beds. Cleaning staff did change all the bedding the following day, although they do not normally do this for a 2 night stay. Also the air conditioner was very loud, we had to turn it off at night. Even in the turned off position it still came on and off all night

I honestly do not like to complain, which is why I did not leave a review until I was pressed by Booking.com. But now that you have me, I will give you the full story. We did not realize that our first room had a broken toilet until after we had unpacked and settled in. When we discovered that the toilet was not working, we had to repack all of our belongings and move to another room on a different floor. In our second room, the toilet worked well enough (but not great; we still had to plunge/double flush occasionally) but the bathroom had no toilet paper, no Kleenex, no soap, no shampoo. In fact, the entire room was missing the usual amenities of toiletries, paper goods, coffee set-up, etc. The bathtub drain was so wide open that there was nothing to stop or even slow down anything you might drop. The shower head offered a circular, wide open spray so you had to stand off center in order to get wet or rinse off. The worst part of the bathroom was the improper installation of the shower curtain. Whoever installed it made the ends of the rod drilled into the tile a few inches higher than the middle, which caused the shower curtain to fall to the middle of the rod. No amount of finagling could change this. It was impossible to keep water inside the shower, so we had to do a major clean-up of the water that flooded all over the bathroom floor afterward. Then our television did not work. The front desk clerk came to our room and spent 45 minutes trying to get it working - she said she had been told how to do it - but she was unsuccessful. Lastly, the "internet" did not work. All in all, the main impression we had of this hotel was that everyone who worked there was brand new, as in maybe just hired a week or two ago, and the place was just not visitor ready. By the time morning came, we didn't even bother with free breakfast. We just turned in our key, asked for our receipt and went on our way. We will not be coming back to this hotel in the future.

The location was great - the hotel is right off the freeway and there are lots of restaurants, stores and gas stations nearby. The people at the front desk were friendly and helpful, as were the housekeepers, and the bed was very comfortable.
