We stay here all the time at least once every 3 months. I noticed they got some new staff. We went for a local event (the classic Pismo car show) when we showed up before we even put our truck in park in the parking lot the girl was trying to tell us we wouldn’t be able to park there because we had a truck. Mind you we have a short bed not a long bed. Im sorry but I pay good money to stay at the hotel I am initialed to a parking spot especially on a weekend like this we’re all roads are blocked off and there is no parking in site. She didn’t like that I said that. New staff defiantly needs to learn how to be more respectful to paying customers.

Si many people very intoxicated staying over night : literal I felt like between a war zone ( 2 different rooms next to me ) fighting , arguing , shouting profanity , I couldn’t open my door to get in touch to anyone in the lobby or my phone wasn’t available to connect to front desk : I was in fear for my life & my security around those people staying next to me ( I got my son & my husband with me but I wouldn’t allow them to go out at all ) I tried contacting pismo pd but my hubby stopped me cuz we were just afraid to get in trouble with those people. It was a very scary situation. No safety . No security

The tub was dirty and the sticky mat was inside the tub not on the side and one of the pillow cases had a pee corner dryed on it so not sure it was like always my stay always been good so they dropped the ball this time

there was unfortunately some cockroaches in the bathroom and by the head of the bed on the floor. i've stayed in another room before and didn't have that issue so i know there's potential.

The bed was horribly uncomfortable. It was just a springy mattress on a raised wooden platform. It slid around everyy time we got off and on. Very rough to sleep on. Also, the morning sun comes directly into the bathroom window, and right onto your face in bed, with no window covering.

The location is perfect, plenty of parking. Room was big enough for 2 with a nice TV.

This trip was different, had one of our neighbors suffer a medical emergency. Totally not the fault of the hotel or staff, just kept us up a little later than we planned. Like a said, totally not the fault of the hotel!

Love this hotel, close to the beach and everywhere my boys want to go. Staff is always friendly and helpful, this is the only place we stay in Pismo Beach! We come over every 3-6 months, and we always stay here!

Small room, but didn't spend much time there. Only needed to sleep and shower which was good.

The location was great! The hotel is clean. Dog friendly. Great value for price. We were able to park for free and walk everywhere.

Although it's a Motel 6... because of its location, I expected better. More cleanliness, floor felt dirty, mold in shower and areas of wall recently patched but not painted.
