The only thing to complain about was that we could only access wifi on balcony. Would also have been told thet the pool wasn't in function.

Found one cock roach in the sink. Looked everywhere else and didn't find anything. The room was cleaned daily. Looked in stove and cabinets and found nothing else.

Although the beach access is great, considerable damage from Hurricane Ian still needs to be repaired in the vicinity. The furnishings within the units are old, tired and uncomfortable.

The location is outstanding, within steps from the beach. Despite the age of the units and furnishings, our two units were exceptionally clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

When I booked this place on the bases of being directly on the beach with beach access and a pool it should have been disclosed that that the beach access and pool had been destroyed by the hurricane and were currently closed. I ended up renting an additional room at the Holiday Inn so my kids could swim and we could have direct access to the beach, and we just kept the room at Ocean Court to sleep in.

The room had plenty of space for all of us, comfortable beds and was very clean. The staff was great, they were friendly and helpful. Landscaping was great and the courtyard was well maintained.

The only thing that was notable was parking was a bit tight (small lot) and the bathroom window was difficult to open for air circulation (WD40?)

A nice "mom and pop" type feel. Didnt have a lot of obnoxious people or loud cars outside, the room was well kept, it didnt smell bad, the campus was clean. It had a small fridge, a small kitchen sink, drying rack, dishes, a stove, small table, and a chest of draws with a mirror. Bathroom was tight but enough room to move around. It was 2 minutes from the Winn-Dixie grocery store and has backside access right on the beach!!!! A hidden gem, will visit again!

I know they are going through some renovations after the back to back hurricanes. I don’t hold this against them at all because we didn’t hear any construction during our stay. I know when everything is fixed it’ll be an even better experience.

We had an amazing stay. We went for the 4th of July and Patty at the front desk was extremely helpful and kind. She helped us make our stay a trip we will always remember. Rooms were clean and spacious. The staff was also very kind and helpful. They also have a wonderful hotel cat that greets you and gives you tips on how to relax and nap. Overall I am very pleased with our stay and how kind everyone was. Will definitely come back!

Everyone was very nice, and the cleaning ladies were amazing. We never had to ask for toiletries. They kept everything well stocked in our room. The parking lot was not laid out well. It's hard to get in and out of. Also, the wifi wasn't good. Very slow.

It was not disappointing but I wish we had a better beach access and a pool but you cannot help what mother nature does and those were not available due to previous hurricane!

Kitchen was fully stocked, apartment was clean and ready to go (even when we arrived early), staff was friendly and helpful, great location right on the beach!

The last hurricane destroyed the sea wall, and pool was damaged - still had access to the beachfront tho! Bathroom does not have a fan

Staff was friendly and accommodating. Always checking to ensure we had everything needed to enjoy our stay. Also, we liked that they had a gas grill for guests to use.
