Change rooms one time because the TV didn't work. Very poor selection of television channels or the SATELLITE antenna needed to be adjusted. I had absolutely no hot water I had to take cold showers. My complaints were deal with after I requested to speak with the manager of the hotel and only received a 50% discount.. no breakfast was included. Only offered coffee when there was some and a granola bar. The room had no coffee maker but had a refrigerator and a microwave. Pointless for my needs.

The laundry is not great, had to use coins that the laundry room attendant had, and there were only 3 coins it's was a mess. & Our room keep kept disconnecting and had to get a new one to get in our room. Also, alot of not so great people running around

The room was okay, but the location was way around the back of the building. A lot noisy activity in the parking lot, and through the walls. The free breakfast was a joke. Coffee, juice and granola bars.

People truly give it no thought that the plumbing access between the backs of the room are readily available for them to watch you. And employee even admitted to this.A High percentage of locations monitor visitors this way.. also if you have anything of value including just simple as brand name makeup will come up missing ,.......this is at many locations. The staff was really great though.

It has a pool and no bugs

It was somewhere to sleep, but it took me two days to get bath towels. I asked 3 people the first day and the second day they didn’t even clean my room or give me bath towels. They guy that finally gave them to me kept saying “you give me old towels and I give you new ones.”

staff doesn’t appear happy and this spills over with their guest interactions . poor housekeeping. the grounds were littered with trash many people walking the hallways - from females young and old as well as men and teenagers. the smell of pot was everywhere , at least in my section of the building. should I go on?…..

BUGS! BUGS! BUGS! low water pressure in shower. busy shady sketchy people walking around throughout the night and day all hours playing music and cat calling harassing me and my family. no parking in front of the room. outdated and old building needs remodeling and construction. unsanitary rooms due to pest roaches running around and in drawers walls just infested. manager doesn’t speak English very well but was able to help me refund

staff was available good listener and understanding to the challenged unacceptable room conditions of their property. Staff tried to assist with the situation but it only ended up being worse than the previous room and ultimately ended up in a early check out.
