It was very noisy, could hear people in the hallway and the condos above every time they flush the toilet you could hear the water pipes, very difficult to get a good nights sleep

The a/c vent is a problem. The constant air made sitting on the sofa a challenge. Plus, there was hair on the floor in the bathroom. It looked like someone tried to clean it up but missed

There was barely any storage in kitchen, just a sliver of ocean view from the deck, bit of a walk to the beach, thick layer of dirt/dust on air vents, thick black mold surrounding tub tile.

The upscale vibe was nice. The island pool near the towers was awesome! Very comfy bed and pillows. View from Sunset Deck on 20th floor was amazing at night!

We loved the fact that we had a kitchen and washer and dryer. The space was super clean and comfortable, as well as stocked with items we could use such as beach towels and kitchen utensils/plates/etc…. The pool was heated and gorgeous and the beach was just down the pathway.

We loved the apartment. It was very comfortable. The location was beautiful!!

only a few small things but nothing major. there was only 1 roll of toilet paper and 1 extra trash bag. we stayed for an entire week so that was not enough for a group of 6 & we had to go to the store for more. there was also a storm about halfway through our stay & after the storm the AC did not work for about a day (which not their fault but it was very uncomfortable) & then after the storm the tv also didn’t work for the rest of our stay (so 4 more nights) we texted and they had called the company but it did not get fixed during our stay.

loved the condo. it was very nice and well decorated & stocked. had everything we needed in the kitchen for cooking. there was extra pillows and blankets for the pull out sofa. the pool was by far everyone’s favorite. we LOVED the pool. there’s tons and tons of extra things to do, it’s in a gated community area & if you wanted there’s enough to do there for you to never leave the property. even with the little things that went wrong we’ve already talked about possibly renting again in the future. we had tons of fun!

Though comfortable, the condo is somewhat small for the cost. Both the bedroom & bathroom doors stuck & couldn’t be closed without force. There were no instructions for TV/cable use. Had to phone owner for help. Was able to start living room tv, but not the bedroom (not a big issue since the owner was willing to send someone to fix it). Soap/shampoo dispensers in bathroom would be a plus.

The only bad thing that I could say about my stay is that the apartment could be a little closer to the gulf. You can still see the gulf and good view.

The apartment was in a great location.Many shops and golf courses near The owner was very kind and courteous.
