Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

United StatesThe toilet flushing was loud...you can even hear the floor above you. A small chair on the patio would also have been nice. These weren't the biggest of deals but just to be aware of them.
Room: super clean, comfortable bed. Staff: The BEST. From the check-in to the cleaning to the check-out staff, the service was impeccable. My aunt, mom, and I were treated with the utmost kindness. My flight departed at 11 pm but was still granted the opportunity to enjoy my day and allowed access to a courtesy shower.

GermanyUnfortunately, the wifi was very poor outside the lobby. Also, we had some issues with maintenance of the loo. This then required us to change rooms in the middle of the day, which is a hassle when you only spend little time in O'ahu.
The location was unbeatable. The newly renovated rooms where really nice and we enjoyed the option of dipping into the pool in the evening (thought it would have been nice if the pool closed at 10:00 pm and not 9:00 pm). Having experienced both the city view and the ocean view, I enjoyed the city view more as it was quieter and still nice where we were situated.

United Stateswe had opted for the everyday cleaning in our room and at one point it took a couple of days for them to come clean it. Plus our TV’s chrome cast wasnt working which is what they advertise. But overall good stay!

United StatesThe wifi is poor. It often disconnected. I hate the noise. I can hear every word from my neighbors. The laundry is twice more expensive than the other hotel I stayed in Waikiki. There is only one elevator to the laundry and gym. The swimming pool is tiny.
The location is great! Close to many restaurants and beaches.

TaiwanThe air-conditioning is automatic which is kind of cold at night. Also some light comes out from the gap under the door, noticed in the dark but a bit annoying with jet-lag.
Best location and atmosphere, well-furbished and decorated. Comfort bed. Staffs are professional. Feeling welcomed all the times during the stay.

South Koreathe internet speed was good but for some reason it stopped working if I’m connected to Zoom for more than 10 minutes. my one hour zoom presentation was interrupted four times. if you need a stable internet environment for a remote meeting you may need to stay elsewhere.
I had to work remotely during my trip and the hotel had a small table with a chair making it easy to work for extended time.

AustraliaPool was shaded by building and very small as was spa. I expected a small kitchen in room but that was not so. We did ask and get a kettle to make tea. I had booked 5 n then had an extra night due to this I had to pay $200 twice up front even thou we stayed in same room. We wanted a late check out but we would have had to pay for a couple of hours so didn’t do. Coffee was a help yourself downstairs in foyer. It was warm not hot.
