The air conditioning system wasn't working during our entire 3 night stay. Our room stayed uncomfortably warm even with a fan. I feel we should have informed about the situation at check in. The parking choices are limited, and the water pressure in shower was very poor.

The ambiance of the hotel we enjoyed, the monarch restaurant had great food and service. It also is in a great location.

We didn't see the Eagles, they must have snuck them in a back way. Having a multiple-office police response incident was a bit distracting.

Classic Art Deco Hotel in great downtown location. Room and views (11th floor) were wonderful. Nice bar and restaurant. Breakfast was not included but it was very good. My son said this is the first place I've taken him that he really wants to go back to and stay again.

No pool, older building but was renovated well. Upcharge for early check-in. Housekeeping never showed 2nd day despite the request tag on the door, we returned to room and they ended up coming at 5pm, that’s too late.

The hotel bedroom windows are not double glazed and as the hotel is situated on a busy street, the noise from traffic and police sirens throughout the night was disturbing. Duvet on the bed is a little bit thin, and on a November night, even with heat high,I had to double over the duvet on the bed so as to be warm.

I would not rate the bed as the most comfortable, to me at least, but everything else was great.

A very nice hotel in a great location. The room was very large and well appointed and decorated. It is about a 3-4 block walk from the entertainment district which has a lot to offer. I recommend a stay there.

The shower was a little complicated to operate but once you got it figured out, it was nice. The sink in the bathroom leaked.

Very nice bar and restaurant on property. The restaurant was open early for breakfast on Sunday, which was great because so many restaurants in Omaha open late on Sundays.

Breakfast in the dining room ends at 10am. It didn't work for a business meeting.

This is a wonderful boutique hotel in a very good location within Omaha. Recently rehabbed with a nice bathroom and great shower.

Doors to rooms are loud opening and closing. City noises prevented me from going right to sleep. Still, noise downtown is to be expected.

The hotel is fun, centrally located, great view and super swanky. Loved the shower after a hot day at the zoo. Loved the coffee in the room too.

Water pressure in shower was bad. Water coming out of shower head was barely enough to rinse with. Also no hooks to hang up towels! One knob in the bathroom for either one towel or one hand towel. Add some hooks
