the refrigerator in the room hummed, so I unplugged it. Fortunately I didn't have to use it.

The hotel desk person when I checked in, personally showed me where all the amenities were located. In the morning when I checked out, she was back again and just a warm and friendly along with her colleague. Lobby was very clean, my room appeared very clean, the bed was comfortable. In the morning I saw staff everywhere cleaning the hotel including the windows and the work out room. The work out room had great up-to-date equipment, plenty of clean towel, sanitation wipes and fresh water dispenser. There was plenty of self sanitizing items located around the hotel too. I did not eat breakfast, so can't comment.

The staff were all kind and helpful. I like the notice in the elevator that said one family group at a time in the elevator. I wish this was posted outside the elevator too.

Worst experience ever in the bar/restaurant area on Saturday night. Bartenders were very slow and there were hardly any hotel stayers in there. We waited at the bar and another group came up 5 min later and were acknowledged/served before us. Took 15-20 min for drinks and they were not close to correct. We ordered manhattans and they were watered down. The tonic and tops half gin was abysmal with little to no alcohol. My friend ordered a vodka lemonade and was then told by the gentleman bartender that there was not any lemonade at this bar. She ordered a margarita instead and it was not good. She did not even finish it. Later the girl bartender brought us a clear drink that looked like ice water and I stated that we did not order this and she told us it was the vodka lemonade, we told her that the gentleman said there was not any lemonade. I tasted it and it tasted like vodka water. She got an attitude with me and told me she made it herself behind the bar and I just said ok. — we took our drinks up to our rooms and paid $78 for horrible service and horrible drinks. Not a good night cap.

Completely forgot his name, but the front desk worker was amazing!!! He worked the Saturday and Sunday we stayed. He was very helpful with suggestions on what to do in town and was very kind, fun and easy to talk to. Man deserves a RAISE! Thank you, sir!!!!

I'dbooked thru booking.com, which told me the cost of a breakfast was included with my rm. In spite of this being printed on my rez,, the employees at the desk cheerfully told me that there was no free bkfst. Just an $18 pp buffet. We were leaving early the next day and dont eat much for brkfst. I was told the bar was serving dinner, but it was the bar menu only, and no apparent employees were there except Sam, the bartender. Theres no counter space in the room bath. Just a 3-4" strip around sink and a narrow ledge over toilet. Pp

VarLocation is excellent. Sam the bartender gave outstanding service. In spite of being led to think there was full lunch and dinner service in the restaurant, it was closed. There was a small bar menu, but the only employee was Sam...to take orders for drinks at bar and food orders, to quickly deliver food to tables , cash people out. He did a great job, and remained attentive and cheerful throughout. Nice bedding and towels.
