There was mold in my steamer in my room. I didn't notice it until it was too late to ask for another one and I was not able to use it.

Close to the airport, lots of food options in the hotel, the room was small but cozy.

The layout of the room with it being “cozy” (small) I did not care for how the bathroom area was not at all private. The hallway noise at times was very loud with other guests room doors slamming shut.

Very clean and well maintained hotel. All the Staff- from the Valet to Front Desk and Wait Staff were extremely friendly and personable. The view from the 21st floor was beautiful at sunrise and sunset.

I’m not a fan of the new bagged room service. The food was good but you’re paying the same expensive price for an Uber eats style experience instead of fancy room service.

The hotel is very high quality in the beautiful seaport area of Boston. Rooms compact but very well organized and attractive. Bed was excellent. The view was to die for.

My wife went to the breakfast restaurant on Mother’s Day and was completely ignored for almost 20 minutes. When she finally was asked if she wanted something she ordered coffee and then she still waited for second server to bring it. My wife said she couldn’t believe how humiliating it was to be treated like that. It’s really unacceptable considering how much we spent to stay there.

The only improvement I can think of is that the blinds didn’t cover the window completely. Might be an idea to add curtains.

Full service hotel adjacent to the convention center in the Southport area was convenient to go anywhere. Room was well maintained and fresh. Every where we went was spotless with soaking size tub Excellent restaurant facilities and bars. Valet car park is efficient

Just having a problem with the room door and not being able to get in, security walked us to our room and let us in.

I was happy to spend my birthday at this hotel. The is not my first time here. I enjoyed it the first time that I had to come back. The only thing I can say, Is that I did have a problem with trying to get into my room. So I had to go to first desk and was every help full because of the trouble that we had with our room door. They moved to used to a different room and loved it The staff was very nice when we moved. Wish I got her name but she was best at the front desk.

I would have liked to have had a desk to work from my laptop with but I was able to make due by going downstairs to the public area there there were MANY seating options to accommodate a laptop setup. Quite enjoyable

The room was small yet one of the best laid out in terms of use of space. LOVED IT. The fitness area felt like a REAL gym which is rare at a hotel!

Too far from the main Boston area Rooms were small for a hotel that away from downtown When we were there, their system went down, so checkin took 3 hours and rooms were not clean I would not book this hotel again

There should of been a disclaimer... we didn't expect the bathroom to be "part" of the room. Worked fine because i was with my boyfriend but if i was with a friend would of been a bit awkward coming out of the shower.....
