I did not like the parking arrangements. Walking around the block with quite a few unhoused people who were yelling was not great. The valet was also not great as they were parking cars semi recklessly.

The rooms were lovely and updated. No issues with cleanliness. The staff was very helpful. Service was quick and accommodating. The beds were comfy, overall a very nice stay.

The valet was pricey. This is to be expected in a downtown though. The valets were very kind and working diligently, but we had to make sure we called early.

The location was great and the hotel is beautiful. The market and amenities were very convenient and there was great variety.

When valet got my car, took about 15 minutes and when they drove it up it was parked and locked. I was standing right there. Asked if it was my car, casually said yes and gave me keys at the desk. My guests and I were taken aback at the dismissive interations.

Most of the staff were great, especially at the front desk. Same for the restaurants and bar EXCEPT one. My sister waited about 10 minutes at the bar and was abruptly told we're closed and go to the speak easy. The man next to her told him make her drinks she's been waiting and he did. The guy wasn't happy and it was reflected in the drinks. Staff at speak easy were great. Lady at the lounge/bar area earlier were great.

There was hair all in the shower so it wasn't cleaned very well or not at all. We ate at the steakhouse in the Omni and neither of us really cared for their food. It just wasn't our taste.

The room was beautiful and comfy! Plus the staff left us some goodies for our anniversary which was very nice!

The pillows could be more firm, the pool was not heated as anticipated, the parking cost could be more reasonably priced.

We loved EVERYTHING, beautifully designed hotel with all the amenities you could need/want. Every single staff member was excellent, the room was so quiet and spacious. We enjoyed the rooftop hot tub and the speakeasy bar downstairs. I got super excited to see NEST products in the bathroom, had a fridge for our leftovers, and a Keurig for coffee. We also enjoyed that the hotel is connected to Falls City Market and ate there often.

the price was way more expensive than any other time we have stayed. We normally choose the Omni for its location, cleanliness and price. I was shocked at rates.

Cleanliness my room but I didn’t complain. Toilet seat seemed dirty and was cracked. There was hair in the bathroom and on one of the beds that wasn’t mine. I just slept in the other bed.

An incredible experience from our awesome check-in experience, the clerk was very welcoming and informative as the Omni has to ns of amenities. For example, there's a Speak Easy, decorated to the nines! Beautiful decor, a rooftop pool with a bar and cabanas!

The staff were wonderful. Everyone was so awesome they treat us like celebrity. We definitely gonna go back there again we always stay at the Omni.❤️
