Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.

We arrived with some friends and our friend were able to get into their room and we were told we had to wait when we checked in a the exact same time, just had a different person helping us. I went to the same person who helped our friends and she went above and beyond to help us. I just wish the customer service was consistent.

United StatesRoom was pretty clean but still had smudges, stains. Placed on a floor with screaming children which dampened the experience. The hotel could try to accommodate families on a separate end of the floor/different floor than those who are there for other reasons. In my case, my friend and I are both moms and wanted a night away to enjoy being on our own for a night but the temper tantrums all morning made that difficult.
Staff and valet were EXCELLENT. Bob’s restaurant was incredible.

United StatesThe room was breathtaking but the furniture was hard & bed uncomfortable. We used the Spa & the lady took to long on the tour & cut us 30 mins short on our massage. Also when we checked out we had some issues with our bill the gentleman seemed as if he were irritated about it. After all it was not our issue it was the Hotels so we felt he could have been more helpful & less irritated about the situation. Other than those few things the Hotel is wonderful. I would stay again.

United StatesI’ve stayed here many times and had pleasant experiences. But this last time I stayed here there was hair in tub and a face towel hanging on the bathroom curtain pole that was missed by house cleaning. This made us uncomfortable with the quality of cleanliness of the entire room.
Location and atmosphere are amazing.Paycom Center is only a few feet away if you are in town for a concert or Thunder game this is the place to go.

United StatesCould not adjust Ac. My room was very hot. I suffer from hot flashes and night sweats and this made it very uncomfortable, unfortunately. We should be able to adjust the ac, if needed. Looks like the temp was locked in, at least that’s what was presented on the screen. I would have given a 10 if not for ac issue.
