Great location, the beach is directly across the street and it was WONDERFUL, very friendly staff,great restaurants but VERY expensive. No wait time for towels, ice, or toilet paper ect -everyone of the staff was very warm and informative. I would definitely recommend the balcony room for couple's! We had a great time

Had to enter & exit through the restaurant. Doesn’t have a real entrance & exit. 1st room wasn’t clean enough but Raul (Guy at Front Desk) accommodated us very well & we received a better room.

Raul at the front desk was awesome! Very welcoming & informative. Located at South Of Fifth near South Beach. Great area, beach is near as well.

It’s a bit awkward getting back into the hotel and back to the elevator in the evenings when people are dining downstairs.

My husband and I absolutely loved the location. Right on ocean drive not even a block from The beach it was so so convenient. The staff is very friendly and kind, always helpful.

What I did like was the fact to the bathroom didn’t have any privacy and the fact that you had to walk through the dining room the get to your room in the evening.

We got a corner balcony and it was such a vibe! We slept with both balcony doors open to feel the breeze. Really sexy for couples. The shower was also amazing! Location amazing! Everything about this place was upscale and again VERY SEXY!

For reference I stayed with just me and a friend for 6 nights in a balcony king. The staff goes above and beyond to ensure your stay is everything and more! Rachel the hotel manager was so sweet and made sure we were always taken care of. The other front desk attendant Raul was SO amazing in giving us recommendations based on our age and what we were looking to do, he was spot on! Because the hotel is a bit smaller and boutique like, the experience is much more personalized and service is fast. The rooftop pool is open 24/7 and beach towels are provided if you choose to hit the beach. The room was beautiful, the pictures online don't do it justice. I felt safe and very clean staying here.

When you walk to the elevator to go to your room there was a sour smell from a small hallway.

Floor was sticky. Rooms are not well isolated from the noise in the corridor… elevator is in the kitchen service area. The pool is not a real pool.

But there was only one umbrella on the deck and it was broken. Too dark in bathroom. No beach chairs or umbrellas, and rentals on the beach very expensive $$$$$. Sink plugged up, and staff could not get a plumber? How hard can that be??? Pillows very uncomfortable, but lovely staff person Jenette made an effort to find us one.

the first nights we stayed the room was freezing cold and the property would not turn on the heat. the water in the shower did not run hot. the water in the hot tub was not super hot either.

you could not sit on balcony very long because of all the noise. our room was above two restaurants and very loud. The safe did not work. They gave us new batteries to put in safe but it still did not work. We waited too long for the batteries the first time and gave up. In the bathroom, there were no hooks for your towel by the shower which would have been helpful. There was a lot of moisture in the bathroom, not sure the exhaust fan was working and because of this there as some sort of mold growing on the ceiling. This should be fixed.

The lobby was in restaurant and the elevator was often blocked by dirty dishes and smell of food was in the elevator and carried into the room. The bathroom was dark and became flooded with water after a shower. I suggest the Hilton across the street for the same price . Much much better .

We got there 1:00 am they don’t have ready our reservation we Pay everything in advance I call Sand day to tell them what time we arrive We wait till 2:00 am for our room They took $50 deposits a day never give it back ??

Safe in our room didn't work, we reported it with the reception but it was never fixed. We were not satisfied with the cleanliness standards, eg there were some stains on the bedsheets and the white curtains were covered with dust. Quite often there was un unpleasant smell in the common areas, like it was cleaned but with a dirty cloth or didn't dry properly. We also had issues with the credit card where hotel wasn't able to help and told us to call booking.com.

Location is very good, close to Ocean Drive. The room had a good size and enough light.

The elevator was out of service and they had not told us about this. To get up to our rooms we had to go outside and through a service entrance of a dark stairway that was not lit at night. There were lights that were supposed to be activated by motion but they did not work. After telling two different staff members about this I finally gave up. several other small things like the vanity light and the telephone did not work in our room as well. One of our couples we traveled with left the hotel and went across the street. We stuck it out but probably will not go back.

Love the location of the property. Nice walking distance to so many things and even though it was on the street it wasn’t super loud by any means.

a lot of things. starting with the property. it looks like a night club not a hotel. the elevator was not working, nobody help us with the luggages and the stairways are full of object, sometimes blocking it and dark (no lights). to get to the stairways, it needs to find a way through the dinners tables. terrible!

I will preface this by saying the young man at the front desk during my stay was very kind and seemed to actually care about my stay. Other than that, you are basically staying at a restaurant that just so happens to have some rooms on top of it. The room I had was very lackluster and there aren’t really any hotel amenities. There was very loud noise above me all night. Entering the property is very confusing and it’s especially uncomfortable when there are people there for dinner because everyone, including the staff, looks at you as if you’re not supposed to be there. Even though their main priority is obviously the restaurant, I couldn’t even get a table. Overall, I definitely regret booking here and it was a complete waste of a lot of money.

The hotel was in a good location. It was easy to walk to all the places I wanted to go.

A little stranger cockroach was found in the room around the table. We threw the complimentary cookies and other food we bought as we weren't sure whether those were infected by the cockroach. On complaining, I was told that these sorts of things happen. They also fumigated the room however I felt that the damage was already done. Room and the restroom felt a bit dark.

they were renovating the roof pool which meant that they were jack hammering from 8-4 pm everyday. There was no rest and relaxation in the room. we should have been notified of this. This was our 3 rd stay at Prime this year. Absolutely pissed that we were not notified of the construction when we booked. This was basically fraud. yes we got a room but conditions sucked. Seriously expecting at least a 50% refund because of this. if not this will be our last trip to Prime Hotel.
