My room wasn’t cleaned properly. I had a work even the day I checked in so I didn’t get to check as I usually do and by the time I got back i was too tired to switch rooms. There was hair in the sink, on the floor and someone left the top of their perfume. Sheets had a small hole in them. No iron in the room.

Loved the shower. Quiet surroundings. Visually beautiful. Lots of mirrors including on the ceiling. Nice size tv lots to explore and watch.

Check out is for 11:30 am. By 11am, they were calling telling us. Check out time is now, and by 11:15am they were knocking on the door for us to check out

In order to do late checkout they will only allow cash option only. There was a small cigarette bud behind the bathroom door.

Bed was very comfortable. The shower temperature and pressure was amazing. The tv was huge and offer a lot of movie and tv show options. The neighborhood offer many food options near by as well.

The fact that you can hear others walking , talking while you’re in your room .. for the price , I shouldn’t hear nothing from outside, the convenience of a microwave and having to go outside the room to use the microwave or get access to ice from the machine

Didn’t know you guys offered breakfast as that was not seen during booking of hotel . The shower head was it for me , the lighting in the room also stands out and the bed was super comfortable.. I slept so long 🤗

The front desk staff initially was very rude insisting that check in was 3 PM. But after we showed him our day use reservation he let us check in but never apologized

Room is big and bathroom has modern look and even with jet streams shower. There is a big mirror on the ceiling for beautiful couples to enjoy themselves . Most importantly it has a decent size parking lot, making it a real motel in NYC

Staff had a attitude, I tried to explain my online, mobile price that I booked was cheaper and I was over charged but she didn't want to listen nor understand.

I wish the room would have a lamp, and a small dresser for the lamp. theses the radiator, but this time when it was cold, I turned on the heat, But it wa snot warm enough. the tv is ok, except on the youtube app, too much commercials, the hotel need to do something on theses channel apps with no more commercial. Ouitside there is a machine, to purchase drink and chips, seperate, lots of drinks (soda, Juice) Not enough snacks this time in the other machine, maybe next time.

Although it is a smore hotel area, it has free parking, room is nice, bed, and bathroom is neat. very cool

Smell of weed everywhere, the top lash lock door was missing , windows didn’t lock , music loud all night , no elevators or carts

It looked good on the picture and the price was fair. The bathroom was clean and the shower heads were wonderful

There was a couple of things that was a little disappointing our drive to Times Square was about an hour and a half to two hours because of the traffic. myself and my partner were standing on the balcony in a woman just came up to us and was hollering and being disrespectful we went back inside during the night the same woman had the cops called on her. It was a little disturbing. She was super loud for a long parade at the time by the cops were trying to get her off the property so that was a little disturbing because we were up for a while after we were woken up.

The aesthetic of the building is beautiful. The free parking was a bonus that we loved.. The front desk agent was super nice. Very easy to check in. We made it up to the room just a small flight of steps. We were on the second level. as soon as I walked in, you can smell that it was clean. I was pleasantly surprised with the entire room from the super comfortable bed to the amazing pillows to the nice bathroom to the huge TV and the mirrors were a plus we slept amazing besides a couple of incidents during the night from other guest I’m assuming.

Room is a wide but not wide enough. Last time, I turned on the heater to warm the room, Not warm enough.. the hotel is nivce, But the pricing is a little too much. just wondering if there is a discount or something on how to get a low price next time for booking this torel. But if not, I understand,

Quiet place, very good parking. Outside the hotel, it is design beautifully, the lights are perfect. So all si well.

The price was a little higher than the last time, it teach $200, where as last time it was between $160 and $170. That was a shock. I guess I’ll book in advance next time for a lesser price.

Beautiful parking, the design of the hotel outside built nicely, the lighting at night is very colorful. And although it is a two floor hotel, they ought to build a third floor for that.

The water pressure was a bit low, my top lock was broke the first night, but it was quickly fixed the next day. The only complaint I have , no clean towels or free breakfast during my stay.

It's been a while since I was up in that area, I used to live 222nd Barnes Avenue and my Aunt lives up the block from the hotel so it was really convenient to visit family living in the area .

Wish the room was a little bit wider, thats all i can say. I will probably go there again in the future. But if i see something i dont like, U wull know.

it is my first time there. So far, it is 2 florr hotel. love the lighting when the sunset occurs, very colorful. Lots of parking space. And it is a quiet area. although one restaraunt available ,across the street of the hotel, it is worth it.The room is nice, bedroom fixed nicely. HD television attached to the wall cool, bathroom design cool, so No complaints from there

The e@eries could have been Better, Like A Stocked Vending MACHINE is not my ideal And the Restaurant close by could have done better.

Not that kind of HoteL, the Location was A bit Secluded like I expected. PeACeful And Quiet.
