I didn't like that there are paint chipping and scratches on the wall. The table and dresser were slightly broken. The sink kept clogging up whenever I washed my face. The stove looked to be worned down.

I liked how cozy the bed was. The bathtub was nice. I didn't have noisy neighbors. The complimentary muffins and coffee. It's a 15 walk from the parks.

We had to wait for front desk staff. There was no one manning the front desk at check-in as well as at check-out. Also, closing the bathroom door was nervewerecking.. the door crashed with the kitchenet when you wanted to close the door.

The pillows could us an upgrade and heavier blanket or bedspread. Sometimes the hotel does not know what is not working if your guest do not share, so you can fix it. The two lights between the two beds did not work we played around with it and it is NOT the light bulbs, it is the fixture. This fixture needs to be changed. We already had to more once due to a plugged sink, so we didn't complain and have to move again. Without the lights it did make it dark in the room and couldn't read my book at night.

The size of the room. The windows opened for fresh air. I liked the hotel had free parking onsite. Breakfast was a grab and go, just like they described, wish they offered fruit

Great to be able to open windows, but fly screens torn. Kitchen utensils only available on request. Room stayed unusually hot with aircon off and windows open on a mild day. Food remains in lounge chair. Some guest noise from adjacent rooms.

Friendly check in. Close to Anaheim Garden Walk restaurant precinct. Disney buses on the doorstep, and close to OC and ART bus stops.

We arrived at 3:15 and our room was not ready. We were told we can take our backpacks up but cleaning personnel got upset so we had to take them back to lobby. When we got in room. Light bulbs were needed phone and clock were not working. TV was on the dresser in front of mirror. Out dated appliances and furniture. Mattresses are old and pretty worn. Sheets are rough

Staff was very limited, breakfast was gone quickly, including coffee and hot water for breakfast. Worst of all: there were plastic residuals from somebody's deodorant between the sheets; therefore, it was VERY obvious that our bed wasn't clean but just sheets done. The entire experience was twisted with an unclean perception of the bed and room.

Room size was good, bed size not that big, but ok. Location and price were great. Staff was friendly!

Someone tried to steal our gas. Luckily we didn’t gas up until we left. Signs around the hotel stating not responsible for car break-ins.

There was broken furniture, a nonworking stove, it took the clerks hours to get us a replacement room. We were changing switching rooms at almost midnight. We didn’t get any cleaning services the entire time we were there we spoke to the people at the front desk when we went to check out and they told us we needed to contact our booking service—you guys. The previous room smelled bad, and the king size bed we got in the new room had a spring sticking out of it on one side.

Some things at least worked like the refrigerator and the TV.
